Would recommend
It does taste like good quality olive oil. It tastes grassy, a bit bitter, a bit peppery. And the taste lingers. Good olive oil is known to be pricey, but it has health benefits.

I used to get my oils from a farmer's market but with all the virus the product stop coming Then my secondary source was someone that imported oils but decided to close their store So I ended up in Amazon trying to go through this and trying to find a product with Koroneiki olives This one is a very good one. The only thing is that to open the bottle, through time was getting harder and harder to open. I know is important to have a very tight opening to avoid air...but that was hard. But that has nothing to do with the flavor. The flavor was great.
