SO yum!
This oil is insane in the best way. If you’re someone who loves depth, umami, and experimenting in the kitchen, this is going to become your new secret weapon. The flavor combo of shiitake, red miso, black garlic, and Urfa chili is rich, savory, and layered without being overpowering. It’s not spicy, but it gives just enough warmth to elevate a dish. What I love using it on: • Drizzled over roasted veggies • Stirred into noodles or rice bowls • As a finishing oil on soups or eggs • Even a quick splash on popcorn (!) The fact that it’s made with high-oleic algae oil makes it even better … seed-free, sustainably sourced, and clean. It’s got a nice high smoke point too, so it holds up well in light sautéing. I’m already planning to gift this to a few foodie friends. It’s that good

I didn’t think an oil could change my life, but here we are.
Let me tell you about the oil that just made my rushed weeknight dinners do a complete 180. Listen, some nights I'm channeling my inner Gordon Ramsay, and other nights I'm tossing whatever protein and veggies I can find onto a sheet pan and calling it a day. This shiitake mushroom oil works its magic for both moods. One drizzle adds this incredible depth of flavor - we're talking rich umami that takes hours to develop under normal circumstances. Added bonus? It's not seed oil-based like many other drizzles, so I have zero guilt when I douse my entire plate. Whether you're drizzling it on date-night risotto or rescuing some quick-roasted broccoli, this stuff makes everything taste delicious. I really don't know how else to say it. Buy it.

Really good flavor and easy to use
This shiitake oil has a nice, savory taste that’s not too strong. I like how natural it feels and it adds a great boost of flavor. Definitely something I’ll keep using.

It’s mild because it doesn’t have salt y’all
For anyone who is saying the flavor is mild it’s because it doesn’t have any salt. If you want the flavor to bounce, you either need to mix a little salt with the oil before you put it on ingredients or put it on well seasoned food.
