I have had this deep fat fryer for about 6 months and I have to say it is awesome! I was going thru 2 to 3 fryers a year. This fryer is going strong! Easy to clean, large basket, holds about 1 gallon of oil with very little darkening and do not have to refresh very often. Holds about 3/4 bag of ff. Faster getting the cooking done for the family. Easy to clean, it does take up a fair amount of room on the counter. It is well worth the price.

This is such a nice deep fryer, especially for the price. One thing I was really impressed with was the packaging. It was well insulated and each piece of the fryer was covered in plastic to prevent scratches and other damage. As far as the functionality of this deep fryer, it's about as easy as it gets! All you have to do is plug it in, and turn the knob to your desired temperature. So far, I've really enjoyed this fryer and I'm so glad I bought it. You should too!

Shipped with zero protective packaging and surprisingly made it ok. Has all the hallmarks of a $100 Chinese fryer: thin gauge metal, sharp edges, protective film still on the stainless, no safety for when the element is removed from the fryer. I was actually ok with all that as I am a chef. It fried very well. What I wasn't ready for was when I was done, and went to unplug it, the plug became so hot [both the wall plug and the extension cord female end] that it melted together. This was a HD 12GA extension cord. I had to pry it apart with a screwdriver after it cooled and it's ruined unless I replace the end. Glad a fire did not happen. Not worth saving for next year so I threw it out. Curious to see if seller replies. 5 stars for performance, zero stars for safety and amp draw.

Love how deep the pan is. It comes apart super easy for easy clean up. Gets up to 390 degrees. Just used it this past weekend at a holiday party. We was able to get alot of different foods fried up fast. Comes with a good lid for easy storage if u want to keep the oil in it. Taking the basket in and out is super easy and safe as it has a sturdy base to hook it on.
