Disappointed - doesnt work for all as claimed.
Unfortunately doesnt work for all. I was walking 10k steps a day for more than a month and thought of adding this as an additional support to lose weight faster. i lost 1+kg per month when i walked. first 2 weeks i took once a day and then switched to 2 times a day as per manufacturer recommendations. i lost same 1.5kg after taking this too. mid feb i fell sick with flu and couldnt walk 10k steps anymore. reduced to 5k steps. Dec - walking only 1.25 kg jan - walking + weight gut 1.5 kg lost feb walking half month + weight gut - no weight loss Mar - only weightgut continued, weight gained. i agree i havent be diligent, missed doses now and then. but definitely didnt see the expected impact - neither weight loss nor inch loss. definitely disapppointed.
