We’ve been really impressed with this baby monitor! The setup was quick and straightforward, and the two cameras are perfect for keeping an eye on multiple rooms. This camera is great. Does not use wifi...so relatively safe and 2 cameras work in different places. Night vision is good and easy to use. Battery lasts relatively ok Recently lost my monitor after a year of use and they offered a replacement for free.

We purchased this baby monitor less than 18 months ago and have been very pleased with its performance, particularly the ability to control the camera remotely from the monitor. A few weeks ago, the monitor stopped charging, so we contacted the Hello Baby support team to seek assistance. Their customer service was excellent—they were responsive, courteous, and provided several helpful troubleshooting suggestions. Unfortunately, it was ultimately determined that the monitor could not be repaired. However, the team kindly offered to send us a replacement unit, which we greatly appreciate. Based on both the product quality and the outstanding customer support, we would confidently recommend this baby monitor to others.

Very good.. Sound a little echoey.. But great connectivity and battery life

Really easy to set up. Love the temperature feature so you know how hot or cold the room is. Clear image in day and night. Volume is clear so you can really hear baby. Love that there’s multiple cameras. Had a slight issue and they responded immediately and sorted the issue. Brilliant product and brand to deal with. Very pleased

Great baby monitor! So happy with this purchase! Easy to set up! Very easy to use! Great to see both babies on one monitor! Very long battery so no need to worry that in the middle of the night will turn off!

Stopped working after 2 months whole system has crashed will not work at all screen is frozen will not reset or anything

Haben uns dieses Babyphone gekauft, da wir eines mit einer zweiten Kamera gebraucht haben. Die Installation ist super einfach und sehr intuitiv. Es lassen sich eine oder beide Bilder gleichzeitig anschauen, wobei nur eines Ton hat. Stört aber nicht weiter, da wir beide Kameras nur tagsüber brauchen und dann das Bild sowieso im Blick haben. Bildqualität ist super und für die Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.
