Purchased this because the clasp on my sons original Verizon Gizmo watch strap brokeHis is the version where the watch unit fits completely inside of a watch band.It is the kind that doesn't have the "hinges" that the band mounts to on the edges of the watch unitThis worked perfectly - to buy a new watch strap was going to be at least $30This $10 solution made it so he could still wear it

The product came in quickly and transaction was good. I have not used this product yet on my watch band but it looks to be the same size. I have never replaced one yet. Not sure how easy it will be to replace but hope so.

Just what I was needing for my watch band.

I really only needed the middle part of the buckle, and when I took apart my Swatch's OE piece and compared it to what I'd been sent, the original bar piece that holds it all together is noticeably thicker than what came with this. The springs in the bar piece are also weaker (easier to compress) in the replacement. I ended up re-using the original Swatch piece as a result. I swapped in the piece I needed, and it works just fine.There are also no directions or "tools" with this. A small, flat screwdriver worked for me. Swatch buckles are plastic, so you can use the screwdriver to gently pry the buckle away from the bar. If your original buckle is metal, you'll need something to push down on the spring end of the bar so that you can get the buckle off the band.

I purchased a watch repair kit earlier this year which made it a breeze to install the buckles (might have been a bit difficult to do with the kit).However, a good watch repair shop would do it for free just to gain your future business.

Strong replacements for broken watch band buckles. Bargain and inexpensive watches, today, have reliable time pieces but their bands and claps are of cheap quality and almost predictably unreliable. These buckle replacements are stronger than the watches original clasps. I've purchase these buckle replacements twice, in two different colors.I will buy again when the need arises

Worked perfectly to replace a cheap deployment clasp that wouldn’t stay shut on a band that I liked. Took five minutes to swap it out, and it was just what I needed. I don’t know why they sell these in two packs, most of the ones I found on here came in packages at least two.

Nice bukle but I find that it scratches easily. After wearing my watch with this buckle for a week, I started to notice scratches. Then I went hiking this weekend and the buckle side must have brushed against something -- now there is a big scratch and I have to now replace this buckle.I would get higher quality buckle next time.

The items arrived on time and in a well protected package. Very pleased with the overall experience.Using the item at work under difficult conditions and there have been no scratches.

16mm is a bit wide for Timex Marathon watch, but does the job.
