Absolute life saver in the heat
Great product did some research and read some reviews and am very pleased with the AC unit. I have the 10000 which is plenty powerful enough to cool our bedroom bathroom and landing. Agree with the other comments yes it makes some noise but nothing outrageous and this is an actual Air Conditioning unit not a cheap air cooler so don’t expect this to be silent but you will get used to it. We have had the unit for 3 years now and it hasn’t missed a beat and we wouldn’t be without it. Honestly I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I’m writing this in the summer of 2025 and we are in our 3rd “heatwave” of the season although we used to just call it summer, but I digress.

Overall decent product, just too expensive in my opinion
The first thing I want to say which I find incredibly gross and have no idea how it could even happen. As you can see from the pictures I posted one of the parts for the hose has what looks to be blood and hair on it. Completely unacceptable and I will definitely be getting in contact with the company about this. The review: The packaging that the ac unit came in was pretty bashed up (see pictures) so I’m pretty unhappy about that. I wish there was more to the packaging since I paid over £300 for this unit. The cooling for me on a mild day is brilliant. I will update in future when we have hotter days again but for now it seems like it actually works pretty well! When the unit started up at first for me it made weird buzzing noises (see video above) but then it stopped shortly after I stopped recording. Now for me compared to the fan I had previously this ac isn’t too loud. Be realistic with what you’re expecting it is a box of refrigerant and fans it’s going to make some noise. There is no swing or tilt option on the fan which is a bit rubbish but I don’t think it really makes much of a difference. The hose that comes with the ac unit to exhaust air through the window is pretty wide in diameter which is a bit of a hassle if you have inward opening windows it doesn’t really fit in any window kits so I now have to just open the window and hang it out. It works but the hose isn’t very long so it may fall back into the room, only time will tell. Wish it wasn’t so wide in diameter and wish it was longer. It is of a semi rigid design and feels pretty solid. The wheels at the base of the unit aren’t the best on carpet because they are so small but it still moves more than it would without them. The supplied window kit doesn’t work for me in my use case. And the attachment with the blood and hair on it is pretty gross so I’m not touching it. (It looks to be just a seal for the end of the hose so I assume it just stops things from getting in from the outside if you plan on having the hose permanently out the window) The remote in my opinion is very dated and the range of functions and just range in general are pretty rubbish. Could be better. Overall I’m pretty unhappy with the price I paid for the unit, it came pretty bashed up so I assume it wasn’t treated well at all in transit. It’s far too early to tell what the longevity of this item will be but if there are any issues I’m confident that I’ll get my money back through the supplier or amazon. I personally think that the seller should provide a partial refund due to the condition of the package and the absolutely disgusting bodily fluids on some of the parts and that is what I’ll be pursuing. I hope your delivery and luck with parts are better than mine. Would I buy another one? No. Am I happy with the price? No. Does the unit cool a medium sided room? (15x10ft) yes actually. Is the unit loud? In my use case, not really. Am I happy overall with the item? Somewhat, but I believe for the price I deserve better and so do you. If it’s all you can afford, get it. If you can afford something from a reputable brand then go for that instead. Price: 4/10 Delivery time: 8/10 Delivery condition: 4/10 Items supplied: 3/10 Cooling: 10/10 Noise levels: 7/10 Remote: 3/10 Pretty much if it wasn’t for the fact that it actually cools my room it would be back with the supplier by now.

Almost perfect
At the time of writing this I've only owned this aircon for about a week so I can't yet comment on the long term quality. It has, however, proven itself during a very hot day (18th of June 2022) when the temperatures were close to 32 degrees in our area. The good + The unit itself is compact and weighs reasonably as far as zircons go. The body is sturdy enough and water outlet is positioned reasonably high. + Some reviewers complained about the noise, and it may simply be down to their personal noise tolerance levels. My previous mobile aircon units have been a lot louder than this one, especially when the compressor was active. This unit actually produces a steady hum which works well as white noise (at least for me). You can also barely hear it from outside. I have not used any specific noise reduction features. + Cooling feels good and actually works. The lowest temp is 17 degrees. It will not cool your room to that exact temperature, but you will feel the difference. For example, on that hot day all other rooms in the house were 26 to 28 degrees where as the room with this unit was around 20-21 degrees. On cooler, but still hot days, I actually had to put on a sweater in the evening as it got pretty chilly. It's worth noting that I've not sealed the room with the aircon completely. I've blocked out sunlight as much as possible and kept windows closed but the hallway door was always open. If I had closed the hallway door I'm sure it would have performed even better. The bad-ish - It does produce a lot of water, so you might want to buy a 5 - 10L canister. In my experience the amount of water depends on how hot it is, but to give you a rough idea - during the 32 degrees day it produced about 15L of water in the 17 hours I kept it running. Other less warm days I have seen about 6 - 8L for a similar length of time. - The pipe that's included with the unit and used to direct water flow is a bit flimsy and you need to make sure you check it's latched on properly every time you empty your water canister. Conclusion This is an amazing aircon that does the job and doesn't cost a fortune. Also, a bit of a money saving tip: do not waste money on window adapters. Use the cardboard from the box the unit arrives in to make a cutout roughly the size of your window, and leave a hole for the hot air outlet pipe. Then use masking tape to attach the cardboard to the window with the pipe out. Not pretty but it blocks out hot air from flowing into the room.

Works well
Having run it for a full day it does the job for a sun facing office space (10m2). Cooled down from 26 to 20 in about an hour, produced about 1L of water into a external water container (used just a water bottle for the first test). A bit tricky with the hose as window opens out, but still worked well as you can still click the supplied fitting vertically in place and draw the window to reduce the gap; drew curtains to block out sunlight and unnecessary heat exchange with outside. Recommend getting a 10L canister for the water pipe outlet to avoid unnecessary leaks (read so many reviews on all sorts of aircons complaining about it, but it says in the instructions - if dehumidification is on it will draw up to 2L of water from the air per hour). Cooling mode uses dehumidification by default and you can’t turn that off by design. Noise is the same as all other more expensive brands for the btu output, wouldn’t recommend sitting next to one if you plan to be on a call (noise from the unit is cancelled out by google meets perfectly - but it can feel loud to yourself if right next to it), but definitely happy to have it on when it’s hot! UPDATE Had a week now of running it - and works perfectly in larger rooms and with a few fans on i. The house directing airflow can keep a nice cool 22-24 degree temperature across a space of about 50-60m2. Quite impressive given outside is 29 today!

Check for adjustable vents!!!!
This unit is let down by not having adjustable air vents, which for me was enough to not use it for the purpose I wanted it for (never knew this at time of order) For cooling a closed room it works well but is noisy. If being ordered through Amazon prime it’s not next day as I expected it took about 6 weeks with me chasing all the time and everyone blaming everyone else. Overall it will cool a room but I would not buy again. Disappointing.

Excellent cooling performance during a heatwave, just a shame about the price drop
I bought this during a recent UK heatwave when temperatures were hitting 34 to 35 degrees. We have young children and an elderly dog, and the heat was really starting to affect him, so we needed a fast and reliable solution. This unit absolutely delivered. Our living room is quite large, and this air conditioner had no trouble bringing the temperature down from 35 degrees to a much more manageable 23. It made a noticeable difference within an hour. The unit itself is fairly big but looks sleek and modern. It doesn’t stand out in a bad way and feels very well made. The wheels make it easy to move between rooms, even though it’s on the heavier side. Setup was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and the remote control is solid and responsive. I had it delivered next day and was up and running immediately, which was exactly what we needed at the time. The only downside for me was the pricing. I paid full price during the peak heatwave, and just a few days later it dropped by £60. That was disappointing to see, but it doesn’t take away from how well the unit works. It’s expensive, but during a heatwave with a struggling dog and uncomfortable kids, it felt worth every penny. Highly recommended if you need something that works fast and looks good doing it.

Good quality.
I bought this during the heatwave. My flat was sitting in the thirties, phew. I ran it a lot during this period and it really relieved things. I used it on air conditioner during the day and fan only at night. It wasn’t too noisy and didn’t run my electricity bill up too much. I vented it through a window as I don’t think the landlord would have been happy with a hole in the wall.

noisy, not the best construction, despite a mid range price.
It's got some vibration issues, even for a portable unit. (have had several, over 2 decades, so yes ,I know what I'm on about) The side panels could have been better insulated to the motor/pump vibrations, so when the A/C is on, it's very loud, almost booming. When off, the fan works. Remote control - decent Instructions - ok. It came with window panels, that I needed to cut and join together for a good window seal, and it's working. The few times we have had really hot weather in 2023 this year, and it's the end of August, so that's likely it for the year. I do like the option for the dehumidifier, for plumbing in an outlet hose, that will help for a large container.
