I’m jealous this thing didn’t exist when I was my son’s age. My parents probably wouldn’t have bought it anyways but I would have like to look at the box at the toy store before being told I don’t need it. It’s fun, fast, and hours of annoyingly loud entertainment. But the kiddo loves it and hasn’t been able to destroy it yet. There are some different style connections that help it stay together better. It came With a couple adapters so you could theoretically customize the track with standard hot wheels track pieces.

Hands down, my grandson loved it. The value for the money is outstanding, the toy was well made and easy to put together, was a perfect choice for my grandson's age (he's five), and the track just performs. My grandson now loves to sit and watch the hot wheels just whizz by. I cannot speak to the battery life as we just set up the track a week ago, but I can say that it has seen a lot of use between now and then and the original batteries are still going strong at this point. I'd say that this Hot Wheels set is appropriate for ages 5 and up and would make the day of any child, collector, or enthusiast.

Well designed to snap together (once the letters on bottom of each piece are found). They are a little difficult to snap but designed to stay together. This manually powered race track works! Child learns how to position car and when to release into cranked-up launch chute. Cars WILL go up ramps and return with strong launch. We used Formula 1 Hot Wheels. Happy our child has some use for the Hot Wheels other than looking at them or pushing by hand. Good for boys or girls! Probably age 4 is a stretch, but an 8 year old enjoyed it.

Good track, son loves it. Very fun, could be a little cheaper but it is, what it is. Not too loud. Pretty fast once you figure it out.

My great grandson had a blast but it's a lot of work to keep the cars at the pace it needs to climb the curve. Too many crashes when you use more than one car. Instructions are terrible.

Ton of fun for the money! This might be one of the best $30 toys out there, especially if your kids like racing. Not only is the infinite lap mode a lot of fun (waiting to see what car will fly off the track first), but the race mode where it counts down the lap and determines a winner is our favorite. It is not always the same starting order, so it makes it a lot of fun for the kids to keep doing new races and seeing who comes out on top (isn't that the fun of racing?!)...Highly recommend this toy, also its not too large which is nice

I bought this Hot Wheels Formula 1 track set for my son, and now apparently every hallway in our house is part of the Grand Prix. The cars look awesome, especially the McLaren and Alpine designs, and they roll super smoothly on the track. My son immediately started announcing races like a professional commentator while I became the unwilling pit crew. The quality is great, and the die-cast cars feel sturdy enough to survive crashes into walls, furniture, and my feet at top speed. Setup was easy, and it kept him entertained way longer than I expected. If your kid loves cars or racing, this set is a huge win. Just be warned: once the races start, you will hear “LIGHTS OUT AND AWAY WE GO!” approximately 700 times a day.

This Hot Wheels track set was a Christmas gift hit with the nephews and kept them busy with tons of fun. It was super easy to put together, felt very durable during rough playtime, and the boys thought it was great.

Our 6 year old loved this present, great little track which is expandable but gives a high speed loop of of the box! It's got a manual flywheel set-up that once up to speed, and maintained, the cars fly around the circuit.
