Beautiful pan, heavy weight it's not going bend or dent. Heats evenly, and nicely non-stick. Highly recommend.

It's my go-to pan for cooking. I had to learn a few tricks to using it properly, but it's amazing. I chose this over non-stick, stone, and even heavy iron because my wife needs something with a glass lid, easy to use, and will last forever. I don't worry about scratching it up. Using heat and olive oil properly enables it to clean up well. Anyway, I wouldn't trade it for any other pan.

I stopped washing dishes just to write this review. This pan is sturdy. The handle isn't going to jiggle or fall off. It cooks food evenly and is easy to clean. I accidentally left the pan on the stove with a small amount of sauce left in the bottom and didn't realize the burner was on underneath it for 3 hours. It didn't smoke. It shows no signs of sitting practically empty on a burner for hours. It was easy to clean after the incident. This makes me want more of these pans. I highly recommend if you enjoy low frustration, high quality cookware. This pan is durable and I trust I will be using it for years.

Fantastic little workhorse. If the handle were oven safe to higher temps it would be perfect. But on the stove, it's primary function, comfortable to work with and a solid performer. I will consider this brand for more stainless cookware.

Very disappointed. I purchased the 9-inch pan after receiving and (at first) enjoying the 12-inch version. Unfortunately, since then, the 12-inch pan has warped and now does not heat evenly and oils do not rest evenly across the full pan surface. The result is a very uneven sear. I tried contacting the manufacturer but their phone number is not active.
