I purchased this unit for my 2015 Jeep JK Wrangler with Alpine Sound.A number of things:1. Steering wheel keys don’t register with the device. I tried the defaults settings, and I tried setting to Jeep in the Factory Settings. Neither detect any key clicks.2. The GPS mostly fails to detect any satellites. After letting is sit in the drive way for an hour it detected enough that I was able to get my location, however when I drove a block GPS signal was lost. The GPS Sensor was placed on the dash, and the roof was off, so nothing would impede the signal.3. Bluetooth Audio is so quite it can’t be heard even with the phone at max volume and the head unit at maximum volume.4. Touching the screen, or navigating in an app causes an audible buzz to come through the audio.5. The LED lights only light up when the Headlights are on, in many scenarios it is impossible to see the Home/nav and volume controls because of this.6. The Launcher shown in the Amazon listing is not the Launcher on the device, and is a $10 purchase.7. While it doesn’t say there is a manual, there is no manual. There is a manual on the device, but the PDF reader on the device requires an internet connection for its first use, so if you can’t get the device to work at all it doesn’t help. And if you can’t get the device on the internet it doesn’t help.Tech support is non-existent. Well they respond in Chinglish and rephrase the problem and tell you that you are stupid for not understanding.

Belsee units fit well, looks good, and are fairly responsive. They produce sound that is significantly worse than your stock unit however, and mine is prone to crashing. The manufacturer will not stand by their product, nor will they offer any after-sales support in getting it running again. Once you pay, you are on your own.
