Not very sticky, so not effective at all. A waste of $14. Even under $10, I would not recommend because these strips do not keep the nasal passages open.

they have peeled the skin off the bridge of my nose twice.The second it bled and took a week to heal.

Great alternative to name brands. Not quite as sticky - just make sure nose is oil free and it will work well.
