I never write reviews but customer service was so great I chose to do so. The guppies , shrimp and snails are great, very small but healthy. They arrived their color was dull but in the last 48 hours many of them are very colorful and will be beautiful when they get older. They are very tiny but healthy. I had 3 guppies, 1 snail, and 1 shrimp arrive DOA. At their young age and buying the bigger packages, I thought that was not to bad. They give you contact info in case anything is wrong. Don’t know if it was AI, human or combo but they were very proactive and offered me a refund on the DOAs. They were very responsive and nice. Just take pictures of any issues. Too easy. I’ll be using this company More in the future.

I’m glad that the seller put a few extra in the bag because 2 were DOA and then 4 died by the next day. I assuming it’s because of stress, middle of winter, etc. But, they are nice. Be aware that the seller will only offer a refund for any DOA if you take a picture of the fish in the bag UNOPENED. I read the note after I’d opened the bag. Not too big of a deal because they put extra in there, but for those who may get a lot more dead, don’t open the bag until you take photos. I also wish I’d gotten more of a variety of color. I got a lot of orange and yellow, one blue male and the green male I’d gotten was part of the ones that died. So, the lack of color variety bothers me. I waited close a month to leave a review so I could see how the rest are doing & they’re doing well! Overall, healthy fish, but they were smaller than I d wanted & lack a variety of color, unfortunately.

Only 4DOA, so I’m not gonna fus for a claim, but I did remove a star because the insulation worked, however was just very dusty and messy to me. Beautiful fish, two developed ich in transport but all are being treated anyhow. Would still purchase from this buyer again. Good quality. Been a few days and no more losses.

Beautiful perfect fish! No DOA's, delivered faster than expected, happy and healthy! This video shows most of them after finishing a food pellet! This video and review are 2 days post purchase.

I am not happy at all with my order! They show you pictures of these beautiful fish but that is NOT what you get! Instead, I got feeder looking guppies. Not one guppy had any awesome color pattern to them and they were ALL bland. This was a complete waste of money!

All of the fish arrived alive and active. Nice mix of colors and patterns. Not crazy about the packing materials, and the outside box was wet for some reason, but the fish were safe and sound inside. Would definitely buy again!

Great product and great value. Ordered the fish late Thursday night and they arrived Monday!!! Fish arrive in nice packaging, well protected. Had only one issue and 4 did arrive DOA. wasn't to concerned as shipping fish can be very challenging. Company stood behind their product and after a few quick replies, I was able to get a refund for the fish! It's been 4 days since the fish have arrived and they are all doing very well and look very healthy! All in all I am very pleased with the quality of the product, and the customer service is fantastic! Will definitely order more in the future!!!
