Does EXACTLY what its meant to do!
Absolutely fantastic product, got me regular as clockwork after just 3 days 🤣 and as ive been upping my protein intake for the gym recently, my fibre isn't so easy to get in, which has been the problem, but this has solved that issue, would definitely recommend!!

Stuck together in a big clump.
These taste ok, but I’m giving them, only one star… because every single one, inside the bottle, was stuck together in one big clump. So it was a pain in the proverbial back side, to separate them and to try to get them out… and ended up having to cut the bottle open, to get to the bottom half, because they was stuck together to the bottom, like glue. So due to all that hassle, every day… making me genuinely regret buying them, and dread having to take them. I can’t in good faith recommend them, to anyone who doesn’t have the patience of a saint, or isn’t a masochist. Good luck to you, if you buy them… hope yours are not stuck in a big clump too.

Very good tasting gummies. Squishy, chewable, flavorful, and fresh. . Not those rubbery textured types that you can never chew enough to swallow. Will definitely repurchase. Only issue I can see is they do seem that they could clump together in one big mess in the bottle..especially if not stored right at the warehouse or if shipped in warmer weather. Yummy fiber gummies
