The media could not be loaded.  I been looking at getting A solar powered bright LED motion security light. I need it for outside my back sliding door to my back yard. I finally found this one, it is great, as its bright enough to see all around you for 20-30 feet, good enough for that side of my house. I like the 4 modes it gives you, I happen to choose the one that turns on very dim at nighttime, then will turn up to full bright using the motion sensor, which is nice. I had no problem installing it to the side of my house. They give you everything thing you need to install it except: your screwdriver, and powered cordless drill. I marked the holes and pre-drilled, just makes it easier to get the mount on straight. The long 6-8 inch extension rod, gives you tilting adjustments on both ends, so you have many ways to tilt when mounting. Except for the screws, everything else is all molded plastic. The sensor is at a slight angle and the lights and meant to be straight down when you finally get it all mounted. One thing not very clear in the instructions, the button they talk about is located right next to the sensor on the light. You can't get the light to work, till you press that button for 5 seconds. Then you can use the provided IR remote, to turn it off and on and set any of the 4 modes on how you want your solar light to work. I choose warm lights on this security light as I like them better for outside use, specially a door I go in and out a lot. I feel they are easier on your eyes over the bright white. Very pleased with my choice here.

This is a great solar motion light. The installation and operation is exactly as I would have expected it. I purchased 3 of these lights for lighting the side of my house at night. I also love that the remote is RF so I can change the settings on all three simultaneously without needing to point to a specific light. I use it in motion only mode as I don't have it mounted in a place that gets too much sun, plus I live in the Pacific North West, so it tends to be cloudy. But the light always turns on when I need it.I removed one star because I don't feel the motion sensor is as sensitive as I would have liked. I mounted the light about 12 feet over the ground, but I need to be almost under the light (within about 3 feet) for it to activate. All 3 are about the same. Also the mounting arm seems a little flimsy and I'm not totally sure this will withstand high winds, but I'm sure it's sufficient for what it is. Would have been nice to have an aluminum arm for greater rigidity.Hoping this light last a couple years, but will come back to update the review if it fails.

Mind you, we have only had these Licwshi Solar Lights installed for the past two weeks, but we are thoroughly satisfied with them. We just wanted some additional lighting for people as they moved around the property in front of our mountain cabin and these two units have done just that. They were easy to install, very responsive to movement, and bright enough to make sure people are safe.The units are amazingly sensitive and responsive to movement from approximately 25-30 feet. We laughed because they were actually lighting up as the chipmunks scurried about the property (we did adjust the angles, so that does not happen as much). The lighting is great for an affordable solar option.The units housings are plastic, so there is a trade off with potential durability issues (if dropped) but that is offset by the lightweight ease of installation. These two units did the trick for us! Now we will look to see how long they last.

Great product. Easy to install, and the lighting is nice and bright. Best part isbthe RF Remote allowing you to turn it on and off from inside your home and not have to point thr remote directly at it. Nice to be able to see outside before letting the dogs out. My only complaint would be, there is no on/off option directly. You can select one of four modes and that's what it needs to be left on. If you turn it off, it goes back to mode one every time. Other than that, good product and does what it needs to do...

I was extremely skeptical purchasing yet another motion light.. primarily because it seems to advertise one thing & do the opposite. This is NOT the case with these Licwshi solar lights. I installed one on a tree, skeptical it would really work although it gets plenty of sunshine, it works without issues. This light provides plenty of light in a rather dark area in my front yard giving me great piece of mind. I'm still scared of the dark, well what lurks in the dark that is! I also added one to the side of house where there is plenty of sun but no lights. It also gives me a great sense of security. I installed both of these lights around 15' feet up. I love the remotes, however the sensor actually picks me up often before I can click the remote. I plan on adding at least 2 more.

Works great. 2 points to be aware of: The light does not pivot. Not a complaint but an observation. You need to think about this when you pick a location to mount. 2nd point, I am have a little trouble determining how to set the mode. The directions are not a as clear as they could be. I want mode 4 so the light comes on bright and stays bright for the 30 minutes. I am using the light so I can see while grilling.

I ordered my first Licwshi SL05 outdoor light in February and my second one in March. I just ordered two more! These solar charging security lights are great for any outdoor location, not just those inaccessible to AC power. These devices put the light just where I need it and don't light up the entire neighborhood which keeps our neighbors happy. The automatic timer feature is nice so 15 seconds after I've stopped moving or left the area the light goes off. So far, I've mounted one light over the back porch entrance and the second light over my grill on the side of the house. They work flawlessly and will even fully charge on a cloudy day. I can use the provided wireless remote control to change settings on the light from inside the house if needed. The light's slim and aesthetically pleasing design makes it almost unnoticeable. No more ugly spot lights hanging from my eaves.
