3-in-1 Outdoor Cat Enclosure, Portable Catio Tent with Tunnel

Absolutely love this enclosure my kitties and I have three of them. They haven’t really went inside of it. I don’t know if they realize it’s for them. I just put it up after having it in my possession for a month, but I live in a small smaller, three bedroom two bath home and so it’s not something that I can put inside my home. I can put part of it inside my home but the one part that looks like a tent it really is kind of a tent, but this is a great enclosure I cannot give testimony to scratch resistance, but I can say that it’s very sturdy. It’s a really good product. It pops up and out when you open it you only have to slide maybe six poles into the larger enclosure, which is the tent and it is a tent. In the pictures below you will see that it’s as big as a tent and I actually have four kitties. My daughter‘s cats had babies and she lives with me and she kept two and I kept too. This enclosure is great. It is big. I’ve had no trouble with it up to this point. I will fit my review in a few months and let you know how it holds up but I think it’s very well-made and I definitely recommend and it is a big enclosure so you can definitely fit for. I’d probably say up to eight small cats in it. My dog def loves it..

Although slightly flimsy, I think it’s great for my indoor only cats who want to explore outside and for my paranoid self that it’s got a net. I also supervise their playtime inside the tents

Catio is good but instructions are incomplete. Purchased for my sick cat, but she violently tried to get out. My other outdoor cats did not like either. Would be more useful for a cat thats only been indoors and would not feel trapped. I can see that this product would make a good habitat for a toddler, very much like a playpen.

So, set up instructions are poor. But once you figure out how to set up the large tent the rest is easy. This is a fantastic bargaining. I have a second floor apartment balcony which this fit perfectly. My kitty loves it!

Was excited about the size and the cost of this to safely allow my cats (2) to spend some time outdoors. We used it once, while the cats loved it, I was frustrated because it is flimsy, one of the areas wont open all the way and it has already ripped at the bottom where the metal rods are.

The tent is big and easy to set up which is good because no instructions come with it. Both enclosures are big and the tent can easily hold a couple of large dogs and some cats. It is literally the size of a 2-4 man tent but we have a large patio that's perfect for it. My cat was used to the smaller enclosures and he had quite a surprise seeing how much space he had to play in now. He loves the octagon enclosure which we keep inside for him to sleep and play in. My only complaint is the springy metal needs to be stronger for the size of the octagon since it folds in on the sides easier than I like. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with it.

My kitten loves his outdoor enclosure, the only thing I don’t like about it is that my cats get hung up easily in the netting and they can’t get themselves out. Don’t leave your pets alone inside this enclosure. It can be a safety hazard.

Our cats love this thing. It’s an awesome addition to the whole family’s outdoor experience.

Our cat loves using it. We are running the longer tunnel in through our custom cat screen door that I had set up previously. The first two photos show the pop up catio on our deck. The other two show the long tunnel runing in through our custom screen door. The custom screen door was not part of this purchase but it allows our cat to go in and out at will. I also made a custom insert for the part of the tunnel that passes through the screen. This is so the cat cannot collapse the tunnel where it passes through the screen. With this setup our cat can go in and out as he pleases. He likes to run from the deck into the townhouse and onto the window at the other side of the house and back. Then repeat. EDIT: Our cat has started making small holes in the tunnel. We will have to repair before the holes get bigger. We have revised the interface with our cat screen. I cut a hole in the screen and mounted one of the blank disks over the hole. Currently using bull clamps to hold the end of the tunnel in place. EDIT2: The variant we purchased came with both a short tunnel and a long tunnel. Wondering if we can order additional tunnels?

I have 2 cats that are predominantly indoors, or in a purpose built Catio or supervised in the garden. This is to preserve both the local wildlife and theirs. As the Catio is in a fixed position (gets sun early AM to early PM) I wanted a more flexible area that could be moved around. This works perfectly for that. Mine did come with instructions (some have said theirs did not) and it was a breeze to put up. The zip workings took me a minute but once you've done and undone a few times it's obvs how they go. Again as has been mentioned it is LARGE - I am a 5'5 medium build female and just had to try out the 'tent' section. I was able to crawl through the round opening (guess to be around 45cm diameter) and sit upright in the tent section which my cats seemed to appreciate! I have now configured one end tunnel against the lower door on the Catio and temporarily blocked the gap so they can roam from Catio to their 'extension' and back at will. However I would say know your cat - I would NEVER leave mine unsupervised for long periods in what is essentially some netting and wire hoops as mine would undoubtedly chew/claw their way out in record time! That's said if like to travel and or camp with your feline friends this could be just what you need. Not sure how long it will take to dismantle and try to get back in the bag....
