not new
I paid for a new book and got a used one. Several perforated pages were ripped out and I found underlined passages. Classes have started. This is unacceptable.

I received the book with color leaks rolled up but I needed it for labs
The book was helpful it wasn’t in the greatest condition but I needed it and they delivered

Missing Pages
I bought this book brand new and it was missing pages 183-214 that should have contained exercises 23-26. It is unfortunate that I spent so much money on a laboratory manual that doesn't even contain all the pages I needed for my class. Otherwise, the content is great.
