Great
A relief for my dog who scoots often. Had to take her to vets too often to have gland expressed. This works great. And the chewable work great. Will keep using both.

Magic in a bottle for itchy doggy butts!
We have a dog that started INSISTING on licking her bottom. We took her to several different vets and even a doggy dermatologist who recommended some heavy hitting treatment plans, but nothing worked. I had this GlandEx spray sitting in our cabinet and had totally forgot about it as we tried all the vet's suggestions. Pulled it out, put it on our dog. Started with twice a day (AM/PM) for 3 days. Then once a day for an additional 2-3 days. That might even be too much. Because from the moment we put the first spray on, our dog took a deep breath and hasn't even looked at her back end since. It works well. And fast. With lasting effects. She's not had it applied in weeks now and it still irritation free. This is magic in a bottle for her itchy bottom issues as far as I am concerned. I have both the wipes and the spray. I like the spray more, as it can be messaged in better. But dog doesn't love that getting applied and it has a more alcoholy smell. I was also told to not use this for any extended amount of time (cortisone in general most vets will caution about long-term use and this does have cortisone in it). But it works so well so quickly that the vets we have talked to have all agreed that it is safe for short-term flare ups of itchy bottoms.

No more stench
This stuff is amazing, my dog snelled so bad due to his anal glands I had a hard being in the room with him let alone next to him. He left an odor trail that lingered even after he left the room His butt also look like a baboon butt all red and swollen. After one day, or I should say immediately after using it the smell started to dissipate and was gone after one day, the redness was gone. At first he he didn't like the spray and would run when he saw me coming with it it must be soothing Because by the next day he would lay down on his back and allow me to spray the next day I went and ordered the wipes the medicated ones product is definitely worth the money my pitbull Bluford is now a happy dog

Great Product for my Old Dog
This dog anal gland spray worked wonders! I've never used this product nor anything else on any previous dogs I've owned. Our 14 year old australian shepherd started scooting here and there (she never had before) and I had looked up symptoms and a spray was recommended. Within a few days of spraying her behind spot about 1-2 times a day she was no longer scooting, seemed more comfortable and hasn't scooted since. I do not know if this was a specific anal gland thing or just irritation of being an old dog with constipation (I do give her some 100% pure pumpkin with breakfast), but this medicated spray worked and so far has seemed to resolve the issue. She is at the end of her life and I just wanted to make her comfortable - she is terrified of the vet but I would've taken her if the issue continued - it hasn't.
