No-it just gives a finished (more matte) look. Great product!

Is this a "flat" matte? Is it really less shiny than the natural finish one, that I already have?

Honestly, I don’t think it helped me at all. It is supposed to be a matte finish but I was still shiny as if I put on a dewy spray. Plus the bottle spray was terrible and the liquid came out every time I tried to spray it.
