everything about this feels cheap. Also not as advertized. Title was misleading.Product title reads: XtremPro Metal Mesh Laptop Cooler Pad, 6 Fans Controllable to Run 2, 4, 6, 3 Functions w/Blue LED Light, 6 Adjustable Levels, up to 17" in Notebook, 2 USB w/Speed Switch, Non-Slip - Black (11150)What I recieved was a 13inch model . It cannot support my 17 inch laptop.

Multiple controls for the fans is a plus. Does exactly what it is supposed to do...cool the laptop to prevent overheating.

Purchased this based on its reviews and it turned outto be junk.Made from thin lightweight cheap plastic that rattlesand worthless.
