Lead Acid battery not Lithium
Chair is advertised as lithium battery, clearly came with lead-acid. Entire chair shoved in a cardboard box with no padding came scratched up with holes in box from protruding parts. Parts installed in wrong position. Once sorted out I’d recommend but not happy about the crappy battery. Also no Velcro wire management included.

Bad battery or what???
This product was received with the anticipation that it would provide some semblance of independence after product assembly the product worked without any issues. After several days without an opportunity to use this wheelchair, the battery was dead. The battery was setup to charge and after 9 hours the product was dead. Waiting for the support team to respond.
