7.18.22~ Almost bought some Tootsie Roll minis few weeks ago. But they were like 5 bucks for 10 oz. For tootsie rolls? Then here comes Amazon. Imagine my Glee when I saw this bag for 15 bucks with almost 8x's more. Is it a lot? Yes. It's probably the closest definition to a Real Live Plethora. Then again, 3 months ago, bought 84 oz of mini York peppermint patties. Best ones I ever had. So fresh. So satisfying. These Tootsie midgees are just as delectable & worth every penny. They are so fresh and so soft, even a few wrappers don't want to part with them. Usually I'd relocate such a large quantity to a 2.5 gallon Hefty zip but it's Resealable. Now, between me & you, if you have no willpower, pay the 5 bucks for a small bag. If you do, they are The Perfect 2 Bite candy. Oh so good and hard to put down. If like me, you like to have treats for kids or the delivery folks, then Def Grab them now. York will always be my first choice candy but it is not heat friendly & I live in heat. These bite-sized, chewy, chocolate morsels can sit in a car or purse on a summer day. I like carrying treats to share. My bank teller lit up when I shared my Dubble Bubble. Hope these are still around for Halloween. Oh who am I kidding, I'll still have half the bag by October. Its 700 pieces. Until then gonna put some smiles on some faces one Tootsie at a time. Days can be long. Be someone's Happy & share a Midgie-sized moment.

I am embarrassed to admit that I did not plan to have goblins ring the doorbell but I did hope to treat myself. This giant bag is an affordable option if you are eager to make a one stop shop. The quantity is great, if you can restrain yourself, consider this re-sealing bag of candy. The bag allows me to keep the candy fresh just in case I don't plow through it right away. I find that these are not hard at all, the texture is not too tough and the candies peel easily enough. I do realize that other candies, chocolates, and cocoa prices are rising but this bargain is tasty and affordable, is able to seal and maintain freshness, and makes for a tasty after dinner treat for minimal calories, just enough sweet. This particular candy is also gluten free so I feel better about sharing it with guests and visitors without issue.

Odd title, I know. I bought these in remembrance of my Grandpa who would have been 100yrs old. He always snuck me a handful of these, even when I was an adult.. Arrived as describes. Great value, I only wish Grandpa could have been here to have some. Candy quality was top notch, just like the 80s. Would recommend for the tootsie roll lover in your life.

Good value for the money!

I got these thinking they were the Regular size mini tootsie's. They are not. They are significantly smaller, maybe just over half size of the midgees. I picked this cause for 360 pieces it was a decent buy-mind you I thought these were Regular midgees. (NOT Mini Midgees, that I didn't know existed) However, they are very fresh and tasty! This size candy is ideal for children and anyone with chewing and swallowing issues. They were packed well and arrived almost on time. A day late. But ALL deliveries are taking longer. You don't find out until AFTER YOU ORDER, then later that night or the day of delivery you get an email of when actual delivery is. Sometimes that's not right either 😕 I would buy these again but probably Regular size.

Tootsie Rolls are great. This size is just right for when I want a little chocolate. I store them in mason jars so they stay fresh.

I was trying to find the most affordable candy to throw at our holiday parade, and this was the best option by far. They are small enough that the little ones could also throw a few off the float, and the bag lasted our whole route. Candy is expensive! Especially when you're buying for a non-profit and it's donation-based. I highly recommend this as an affordable option for parades.
