Not entirely clear. I do refrigerate it and it doesn't have any negative effects on the flavor ... Although the oil does congeal a bit.

Does the chili oil contain peanuts?

There is another brand with an identical label to this, and it contains almonds. So I'd be wary... Even though this label doesn't claim any nut additives.

ラー油はよく使うのですが、食べるラー油は初めて買ってみました。香りもよく、焼き物に混ぜても、サラダなどの味付けにかけても、夏はそーめんの味換えに！冬は鍋の味変えに！個人的にはもう少し辛くてもよかったので、☆４としています。

単体で食べると、油感が凄いです。ガーリックには味がついていますが、油には味付けがなく、油を食べている感じになります。料理に使用すると良いかと！チャーハン・餃子に入れると激旨でした。食後のブレスケアも必須です（笑）

特に豆腐サラダにぴったりでめちゃうまです！！お勧めはレタス玉ねぎのスライスきゅうりトマトなどなどのサラダに豆腐を載せて天かすを少々、そこにこの桃屋からそうでからくない少しからいラー油とちょっとごま油をかけて食べるとお酒にもぴったり！！美味しくてサラダがとまりません！！

delicious garlic forward chili oil - my favorite flavor and the oil itself seems to be of a higher quality than many other brands. It is very mild on the spice scale, which I don't mind, but just be aware if you're looking for a hot oil, this is not it, if you're looking for a rich flavor with a unique garlic crunch from the dehydrated garlic chips, this is it! Caution: many sellers carry this item, all I have bought from have good packaging, no leaks. I did just buy 2 bottles from UNHA'S ASIAN SNACK BOX in June 2026 that arrived only 2 weeks ahead of the 'best by' date so they are pushing old merchandise. It is fine and I will use it, but I don't appreciate this as oil doesn't last forever. Find one that is monitoring best by dates and sending fresh oil and stick with it, (this will be trial and error, or course) don't just take the first vendor Amazon might offer even if it's the lowest price.
