How do the balloons self seal?

Hi once the balloon fill up with water and get heavy enough it will detach by itself and seal. You dont need to do anything.

Is the plastic tubing biodegradable? It is great that the balloons are but I’m wondering if you can put the plastic tubing in the yard waste bin.

I would be surprised if they are. I put ours in the recycle bin.
