I do watch macros, and try to eat a variety of lean protein. This is my go-to snack and I keep these on repeat in my desk drawer at work. People joke that I have tuna in my desk and in my purse, but when they occasionally try it, they comment on the calories to protein ratio and that the taste is amazing for tuna. It also takes the edge off my hunger and keeps me from making the mistake of arriving home famished and then over eating the wrong foods. I take them with me in my purse and as a snack on trips. Kids carry in backpack to school. Pack a plastic fork and you're in business! I also like the other flavors. Good brand.

eh, I will work through these, but I will not buy again. I know it says 2.5 ounces, but there is so little in here that it is barely worth the bother, and definitely not worth the price (however, I dont factor price into my rating as everyone has their own budget, and I can see the price before ordering-- but I comment). Not enough to do anything with. As is, it is slightly dry. Taste is ok. I dont mind the simple taste. Just wish there was more to it. Seems like the packaging weighs more. I think this is fine if putting on a salad, and might be the only thing it is worth buying for if you really dont want much in the way of tuna. I added a little mayo to make it usable on a cracker. Again, there simply isnt much in this packet. Didnt these use to be more like 3 ounces? The 2.5 ounces is just too little to be worth it. I mean, it isnt the volume of half a can of tuna fish. With the "weight" of the other ingredients, the actual food volume is nearly nothing. ah well. Ingredients LIGHT TUNA, WATER, SUN-DRIED TOMATO, VINAGAR, TOMATO PASTE, SUGAR, SALT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, BASIL, CITRIC ACID, VEGETABLE BROTH (PEA, CARROT), GUAR GUM, EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA (COLOR).

I LOVE this tuna … I love it as sandwiches (really good as tuna melts;), salad toppers & just out of the package too !! I really like Sun Dried Tomatoes, tho … The flavor of the SDT is fantastic & there are always 3 or more of them in each package… It’s not overpowering flavor, but it subtly IS there. If you don’t like the taste/texture of Sun Dried Tomatoes, try the Lemon Pepper instead 😘
