Great product

Easy to use in mixing Water I use this in my Pitcher when I run out of Thicken Water. Fill the pitcher with 4 - 8 oz of water and then pour the packet in the water & sir & that's all it takes. I do this quite often with no trouble.

This product is easy to use and you can mix liquids ahead and they stay thick. There are no side effects like I got with the powder, "Thick-It" (constipation). I'm sold and will use this!

Purchased it for an ailing parent, who complained about it tasting like pool water. It does taint the flavor a little. If you are lazy, don't care about taste, and don't want to speed the last months of your life mixing other thickeners, buy this. Otherwise stick with the cornstarch or maltodextrin type thickeners. I recommend everyone thickening their loved ones own food & beverages to also thicken their own food in solidarity.

Update: seller saw my review and contacted me to address the issue. Great customer service, taking care of an unhappy customer. I will try again down the road and see if I have the same issue. ——- I received this Jan 20, 2023 and it expires March 21, 2023. So it’s been sitting on a shelf for 8 months. It supposedly only loses its effectiveness a year after the manufacturer date, but as this is being used for an infant with special needs, who silently aspirates, complete effectiveness is a big deal. Product is great otherwise

I don't use it ..It's for my brother. i get flavored water for him and add Simply Thick to it.. He likes it..
