This is exactly what you want from a basic wired mouse: plug it in, it works, no drivers needed. Good functioning mouse. Affordable and a better option to "splurge" a dollar or two more than ones that are only a hair cheaper and just have all kinds of inconsistencies in terms of function or just general reliability issues. Comfortable, basic and works. Ordered 2 more for the household just now to fix a couple 'budget' mice that we just couldn't use anymore.
