A very good book to read for better understanding of health issue with digestion and the knowing how the liver works for getting rid of toxins, free radicals, etc. how to improve your total immune system and possibly stop the growth of cancer cells.

Eating alive II was extremely informative, easy to read and helped me to understand how my digestive system worked. And if the liver is out of alignment, everything is off. This book also gave me insight on how to naturally heal my Gerd along with prescription medications.

this book and her sister book help you to eat well and help with the healing of certain dideases, but what i have is rare and has lots of food restiction so i'm unable to follow alot of what was said i the book.maybe if i get a better i can follow his suggestions. but for normal people and common disorders it's a wounderful book
