This is the perfect olive oil for me. A rather strong olive flavor, slightly bitter. I don't like the fruity mild ones. Definitely will be ordering again! Plus it's on the more affordable side!

There's a whole documentary from the 1970s about this. So... what is one to do? Step 1: Join T.J. Robinson's Fresh Pressed Olive Oil Club. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Totally WORTH IT Step2: Try that club's olive oil for a few months Step 3: Try to find substitutes for the olive oil club when you run out of your quarterly supply - like I do Step 4: Buy this olive oil b/c it is excellent and it not a diluted fake! FYI, after joining T.J''s club and/or try this olive oil, you are not going to be able to endure 95% of the olive oil you are served when you dine out.

Tasting oil... wonderful flavor to use on salads, dipping sauce on bread, etc. when you want to taste the oil. It's my new favorite in the mid price range.

We got this from friends visiting Italy and Sicily and went to the company web site to order some. It was disappointing to see we couldn’t order from the US. So on a whim I checked and saw it was available as a next day Prime option! Amazing flavor and source. They are a well deserved award winner, it is a little pricey but your health and home cooked masterpieces are worth it.
