WOW! What an amazing purchase! Firstly, the bike is so fun to ride. Speed is not an issue on this bike and can even handle hills. The size is perfect and not heavy at all. Super convenient when riding around! The battery is great and lasts long enough for commutes. Its performs great and i feel confident riding it. Super comfortable to ride in general. The brakes are also very responsive. All in all, a very good electric bike that so far, works amazing!

Bought Two. Minimum assembly. Easy. Have spent hours every day riding it since.

Delivery was before due date! Assembly is very easy. Keep in mind there are add-on items to consider, like a phone holder. Take it easy on the first ride! 3 position allows you to choose level of assist. Slow speed 9 mph, medium 15 mph, or fast up to 20 mph. They don't offer a basket option for the back, nor a water bottle holder. Don't be fooled by the size of the bike! I'm 6-3 and had no problems pedaling. Not sure if you can order another battery. Didn't see this option as an add-on.

I am absolutely thrilled with this electric bike! The build quality is excellent, and the 500W motor gives it plenty of power to handle hills with ease. The 48V removable battery lasts a long time — I easily get close to the advertised 40 miles on a single charge. The 20MPH speed is perfect for commuting or just cruising around. My 10-year-old son also loves riding it (with supervision, of course) and finds it easy to handle. I also love how compact it is when folded; it fits easily in the trunk of my car. The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the disc brakes provide great stopping power. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be adding foot pegs for the passenger, a built-in horn, and a speedometer. Even without those, this bike has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, portable, and fun e-bike!

I attempted to contact the seller to report an issue with the bike. We purchased the bike in November and there is a 1 year warranty. The bike is no longer working. During the conversation it was like they weren’t even reading my messages. They would just send the same reply and didn’t even come close to solving the issue. Then without resolution they closed the conversation. They wanted to see the flashing light to determine the issue but wouldn’t give me a way to provide the video since it couldn’t be sent in the Amazon messages.

The overall quality of this bike is excellent considering the low price, but the battery performance falls so far short of what the manufacturer promises that I'm somewhat outraged: after readying the bike and fully charging the battery, I took it for a test run. The battery gave only enough power for about 14 miles before completely running out of power - not anywhere near the 20-40 mile suggested range. I weigh 140 pounds and used mainly pedal assist, expecting better performance. So disappointing! Also, the motor power going up hills is AWFUL! The manufacturer claims it's 500w peak power - this thing fails to give any power up hills. I have another e-bike that has a motor with only 350W power and it zips up hills without any trouble! The general sturdiness and quality of this folding bike is excellent but performance falls so short of the company's claims that, had I known the true performance, I would not have purchased it. The cost of return shipping is 1/3 the cost of the bike, so I figure I'll just keep it. If only they sold another battery with much greater storage.

Absolutely love this e-bike! It’s an incredible price, and very formidable. Not to mention so fast! I was even able to add a seat so my kids could ride with me! I had to reach out to their support team because my son lost the keys, they were so kind and helpful! Even though it was my error they still offered to make new keys for me at no cost. Thank you Jane! I would 100% recommend this bike and if we ever buy another I will be going with URLIFE again!
