Coconut-free solution that we needed!
The smell is odd (smells like probiotics) and the price is a bit higher than your average comparable product, but for a household that needs a coconut-free and coconut derivative-free that works well, this is IT. We use for both casual hand wash and body wash. It’s a bit thicker so it’s easy not to waste product which I like because any other option so far has been so thin, I feel like I’m just dumping product. It’s not like it gets crazy sudsy, but it still lathers well and then rinses off entirely. No scent is left behind and does not irritate our skin or leave it super dry or anything. Very pleased with it!

Finally found a product that really is natural and actually works for me!
I have only been using this wash for about a week, but I already love it. I noticed a big difference in the condition in my skin and hair over other natural (oil based, not ph balanced) washes. I will try to keep the review as short as I can, but I do want to touch on a few points. 1. It does have a slight vinegar like smell when you open the bottle, but the smell does not stay on your skin. Please don't let it deter you from using this. I have no problem with the scent as it tells me that the wash is actually fermented like it says it is. 2. This wash produces a light foam. If you are used to commercial washes that implement chemical foaming agents to overproduce suds, then you might think this wash won't work as well as those. You would, however, be wrong. 3. I personally use this wash on my whole body, including my face and my hair. It works great. It cleans away dirt, sweat, bad germs, etc. But does not strip away natural oils or good bacteria. My skin always feels soft after using this. It makes my hair clean, shiny, soft and not weighed down at all. It also does not leave behind any gross product buildup. 4. Yes, the bottle is small. I am not worried about this for a few reasons. First, you don't need to use a lot of this to get clean even if you use it from head to toe like I do. Also, most people shower way too much. We've all been trained by the shower product industry to bathe every day and some people even do it twice a day. That practice is very bad for your body and actually unnecessary. I only wash my face, pits, privates and feet every day and I do a full shower every 3 days. No, I don't stink and I don't look dirty, not with this wash. Using this pratice I won't have any problem getting a month's use out of this bottle. Then I plan on buying the gallon jug which should last a year. I'll refill the little bottle to use as hand wash at my sink. Sorry to be so long winded, but I think people should give this wash a try. If you value truly natural products and you want something that will help your body and not hurt it, then look no further. Please set aside preconceived notions about body washes in general and give this a try. I think if you do that you will be pleasantly surprised.

Cleared my skin
I know it’s meant to be a body wash, but I use this as a face wash and nothing has worked better for my face than this. There is a smell to it because it does use fermented fruit in it and no fragrance but I’ll endure the smell for the results I get. They do have a lemongrass scented one and if you are sensitive to smells and can’t handle something that has an off smell get the lemongrass scented one. I am personally allergic to fragrance so I have to use the unscented one. I do think it is expensive if you use it as a body wash because of these size, but as a face wash it last a long time (months) and most other face washes are around the same price so I don’t mind it so much. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to purchase more in the future. If you have acne prone skin or eczema then I believe this will be a great product.

A Dream Come True Body Wash
This body wash made my skin feel clean, light, soft, bright, and perfectly moist - not damp or wet - just the right amount of moisture - kind of like the way a bouquet of watercress feels when you run your hand and fingers over it, or the petals of a rose - how they feel so fresh and moist, but not wet. It is as if it takes all the stress out of the skin, leaving it feel so comfortable. There is also a very light, subtle scent that gently and occasionally wafts by off of it which momentarily overcomes the olfactory sense, causing a pause for a moment of pure and simple, not overpowering or overwhelming, wonderous joy. A scent that I have never experienced before, have no idea what it is, nor what it is called, and is so light and subtle and beautiful. That such a product exists is a treasure.

Irritated my psoriasis, made skin feel dry
When I read about the product and some reviews I was thrilled, I thought I found a magic product for my skin and psoriasis. I’ve had patches of psoriasis for years. I usually use sensitive skin products, normally dove sensitive skin bars. Firstly, I was shocked at the price of this probiotic soap, you don’t get much product, it’s very thin and watery, so it doesn’t last long. It doesn’t lather very well, not as well as normal soaps. It does leave the skin feeling “squeaky” clean, which for my sensitive skin, isn’t the best. The product drys out my skin, the first time I used the product it kinda stung my psoriasis spots, burning sensation. After a shower my psoriasis spots were extremely dry and cracking. The product is fermented, fermentation produces alcohol or acid, neither of which are good for my skin. The idea of a probiotic skin care seems nice, but the alcohol/acid really irritates my skin and psoriasis. The shampoo/conditioner aren’t any better. Also, product smells like kombucha, especially the conditioner. Wish I could return but I’ve already used the product for weeks, $70 down the drain.
