Excellent value for money but sadly gave me reflux. I tried them for a while to see my hair improve and thicken but belly ache became a problem for me.

I have purchased this several times. I do feel a difference when I’m not using it and have tried others but always go back to it. Two easy to swallow green pills which I take each morning. I feel it’s good value for money for the amount of product that does seem to actually make a difference. Don’t don’t forget your Vit C it helps the product absorb!

Not criticising the seller at all, arrived on time , packaged well looked nice But after only two days and basically 4 pills, bad taste in mouth, pressure around my head, extreme tiredness just felt unwell in general and i never get a reaction or allergic to anything. Stopped taking them, all symptoms went away within a day. So again, I am not criticising the seller at all but check properly. I either had a reaction to "marine" college, or magnesium, either way made me feel not good at all. and Im not one of those sensitive people at all, eat anything , take anything. So it is worth being careful.
