One of the locks is stuck in lock position! Therefore can not fold, would wd40 work? Anyone else had this issue? Thanks

I’ve never had issues with it. Very likely a spring or a pin got stuck, try and work out how the rest ones work and see if you can shift it. WD may work, no harm in trying.

How long is each panel?
