Will not work!
This do not work. I plug the monitor up and it says 'no sugnal'. I have tryed with other monitor. And still not working. I'm ever disappointed be cause this was a birthday gift from a friend and I will have to return it if I can't get it to work.

Wrong part sent, replacement sent next day
First splitter sent out had a third lead with a USB connector. Replacement looks just like photos. Works well enough. Need to have both monitors on to have a clear image, not sure why but turning off one makes image slightly blur on other monitor. I can live with that. Was surprised when the replacement showed up, I didn't think I asked for a replacement, just wanted to return the wrong one.

Best deal ever
purchased to connect my laptop to a stand alone monitor. This VGA cable was perfect for that, and you can't beat the price. Very good quality and worked very well.

Seems like slightly poor quality, but it's worked fine for me
I got this to split one of my three monitors with my overhead project, since my video card can't handle any more devices, and I will generally only use the overhead projector when I am NOT using all three monitors. It's been working fine. It doesn't feel like it's super high quality, but since it just sits behind my desk without ever moving, that's probably fine.
