Great topper, very thick and comfy definitely helped with a soft mattress hurting my back. It does move a little but nothing too dramatic that a push back into place once a week won’t fix. The only issue is heat retention it’s very warm which will be great in the winter but not so fun during the heatwave

Firstly the product was very well packaged, it’s all vacuum packed making it very easy to take upstairs and it even includes a small safety cutter to prevent any damage to the topper when unpacking. It is secured to the bed with straps and it does not move at all, sits on the bed perfectly and the cover can easily be removed for washing. My mattress is quite tired and old, this topper has completely transformed it without the inconvenience and expense of a new mattress. It looks great and is extremely comfortable. I did not realise how uncomfortable my mattress was until I got this topper. I suffer from back pain and often struggle to get a good comfortable nights sleep but since using this topper I have notice that my back pain has been relieved massively and I am sleeping a lot better since putting it on my bed. Also the weather has been very hot since I have been using this topper and I actually feel that my bed has been a cooler more comfortable temperature since using it, this was one of my main concerns as I though it may have caused the bed to be too warm but it doesn’t at all. I would highly recommend this product, it is great value for money. It’s made my old mattress feel a lot more comfortable at a fraction of the price of a new one and hassle free.

You do need to let it "breathe" for about 48 hours to allow the smell to dissipate and for the topper to fully expand. After that period, the smell was gone, and the topper was ready to use. Cooling Effect: One slight drawback is that I haven't noticed any difference in temperature during the night, despite the topper being advertised as having a cooling effect. I don't feel overly warm, but I also haven't experienced any noticeable cooling benefits, which might be something to consider depending on your temperature preferences. Conclusion: In summary, the Bacalar Mattress Topper has greatly improved my sleep quality and alleviated my back issues, which makes it an excellent purchase in my book. It’s comfortable, supportive, and well-packaged with some nice touches like the included opening tool. The lack of noticeable cooling effect is the only downside for me, but the topper still performs exceptionally well in every other aspect. Next day delivery as described. Item arrived securely packaged and was made easily accessible on opening with blade gadget. This double mattress topper was a perfect fit without any issues as the corner straps (moveable if needed) were plenty secure while you slept. Most appreciated is its double sided effect, soft side comfortable and relaxing, while medium side more supportive if needed. Decided to use the same night as topper had expanded already to its 7cm which was suited for purpose, ( your choice ). Excellent value, highly recommended, thank you.

Absolute game changer! I left for approximately 48 hours to reach it's total thickness after unpacking. I wanted to wait a while before writing a review to give a true honest review. I really couldn't afford a new mattress right now so opted to purchase a mattress topper. After much review reading and trawling I decided on this one. Oh WOW since using this I have had some of the best pain free full nights sleep in a very long time. My mattress is a good high quality mattress, but it is about 9 year old so adding this on top has really changed my sleep. I'm now getting 5-6 hours of restful sleep which before was approximately 3-4 if I was lucky. A previous review stated it was like sleeping on clouds, oh how right they are! As for the topper staying put and not slipping, I haven't suffered with any of this at all. I can be quite a restless sleeper due to crippling spine pain, but this has never moved since I placed it on the bed. The photos show the thickness of the topper and inside of the zipped cover, which is great idea for cleaning. The only problem I have experienced up to now has been finding a sheet that is deep enough to fit over my mattress and the topper together. This isn't a fault with the topper of course. I've had to purchase super king size sheets. I would personally recommend this mattress topper, this helps with reducing hip, knee joint, and very little back pain in the morning caused by pressure, it's really changed my sleeping situation for the better, thank you!

Love love love , this is by far the best topper i have ever slept on and i have bought alot. I have back issues and this topper has made sleeping so much more comfortable and pain free on waking . Its incredibly thick and well made. No strange smells and it doesnt make you hot in bed i would definitely buy again

Wir schlafen seit zwei Wochen auf diesem Topper und sind wirklich begeistert. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut im eigenen Bett geschlafen. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und dank der Spanngurte an den Ecken verrutscht der Topper nicht. Wir haben uns für die festere H5-Seite entschieden und den Topper dafür einfach im Bezug umgedreht. Die etwas festere Unterstützung ist für uns ideal. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Daher gibt es von uns gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Mein erster Eindruck des Bacalar Matratzen Toppers, er ist Perfekt !!!! Er wurde schnell durch Amazon geliefert, das Paket war recht schwer, da der Topper durch seine 7cm Stärke ein Gewicht auf die Waage bringt. Beim auspacken war ich absolut überrascht, da ein Dankeskärtchen mit einem Plastikschneider drin war, damit man beim auspacken den Topper durch die Folie nicht beschädigt. Ein anfänglicher Geruch nach dem auspacken war innerhalb eines Tages verflogen. Nach dem Entfernen der Folie kann man den Topper ausbreiten. Er ist im Paket eingerollt (siehe Bilder), entfaltet sich aber sofort und es ist danach glatt ohne Faltenbildung. Fazit und Beurteilung: Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Matratzentopper. Der ergonomische Kaltschaum Topper 180x200 cm ist in 7 Zonen unterteilt, die den Nacken, Rücken, Schultern, Hüften und Beine vom Gelschaum optimal stützen. Der Liegekomfort ist hoch, die Verarbeitung und Qualität sind hervorragend und die 7 cm Höhe sorgt für ein besonders angenehmes Schlafgefühl. Durch die Spannbänder (Eckriemen) und die genoppte Unterseite wird der Topper sehr gut auf der Matratze gehalten, somit ist kein verrutschen möglich. Der Gelschaum passt sich perfekt dem Körper an, sodass ich endlich ohne Rückenschmerzen aufwache. Da ich leider Bandscheiben geschädigt bin und bereits 4 Bandscheiben Operationen hinter mir habe, habe ich mich für die Härte H3/H4 entschieden, was ich absolut als suuuper positiv empfinde, sie bietet sowohl Komfort als auch Unterstützung und behebt Schlafprobleme wie Druckstellen und Lücken in der Matratze vor. Durch die Verwendung von Memory-Schaum bietet der zweilagige Schaumstoffkern des Toppers 180x200cm in der Härte H3/H4 eine natürliche Weichheit und mittlere Festigkeit und wird so unterschiedlichen Vorlieben gerecht.. Was mir besonders gut gefällt, der Bezug ist atmungsaktiv und hält die Schlaffläche kühl und bequem, ein weiterer Vorteil, er ist leicht zu reinigen. Der Überzug besitzt ein Reißverschluss, damit er abgenommen und in bestimmten Zeitabständen gewaschen werden kann, welches extrem wichtig ist, da sich mit der Zeit, Staub, Milben, Hautschuppen und natürlich auch Schweiß ansammeln. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung, ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Top Qualität und Top Komfort! Ich schlafe wieder seit langem durch und wache Morgens ohne Rückenschmerzen auf ! Eine wirklich optimale Verbesserung der Schlafqualität. Wenn ich 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich dies machen, bin wirklich absolut begeistert !

Ich habe den Topper gekauft, da ich auf meinem Bett 2 Matratzen à 90 x 200 habe und mich die lästige Ritze dazwischen störte. Er kam sehr gut verpackt, vakumiert und mit einem kleinen Plastikmesser zum Öffnen der Folie bei mir an. Er macht einen sehr hochwertigen und guten Eindruck und hat seitliche Befestigungsmöglichkeiten und Noppen auf der Unterseite, so dass ein Verrutschen nicht möglich ist. Die Höhe von 7 cm empfinde ich als ideal. Ich hatte bisher oft Durchschlafprobleme. Auf diesem Topper habe ich die ersten Nächte wirklich gut durchgeschlafen (hab ihn seit ca. 2 Wochen). Schön ist auch, dass der Topper 2 Härtegrade hat (H2/H3), so dass man bei Bedarf wechseln kann. Ich bin mit dem Kauf dieses Toppers extrem zufrieden. Für diesen Preis (ich habe ihn für € 99,99 erworben, da er im Angebot war) habe ich alles richtiggemacht und kann den Topper wärmstens empfehlen!

Nachdem mein alter Topper (8 Jahre alt) ausgetauscht werden musste, bin ich auf diesen Topper gestoßen! Gut verpackt, vakumiert und ein kleines Plastikmesser zum Öffnen der Folie sowie ein kleines Handbuch ebenfalls mit im Paket. Der Topper nahm nach wenigen Augenblicken schon seine gute Wirkung an und hat tatsächlich 7 Zentimeter durchmesser. Der Topper macht auf den ersten Einblick einen hochwertigen und guten Eindruck. Super und kuschelig finde ich den Überzug und den unteren Noppenbezug. Außerdem hat der Topper seitliche Befestigungsmöglichkeiten. Somit bleibt der Topper endlich an meinem Boxspringbett. Echt sehr gute und neuwertige Idee!! Ich habe mich für die H2/H3 Variante entschieden. Der Topper hat einen Reissverschluss. Eine Anfrage beim Verkäufer, welche Seite welche Härtegrade hat, wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet: H2 ist die hellgrüne Seite H3 ist die dunkelgrüne Seite. Da ich lieber auf der etwas härteren Seite schlafe, habe ich die Matratze umgedreht und schlafe auf der H3-Seite! Beim Wenden der Matratze sind mir außerdem die Lüftungsschlitze innerhalb der Matratze aufgefallen. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass das Material hochwertig erscheint. Die erste Nacht war ein extrem großer und positiver Unterschied zu meinem älteren Topper! Kein drücken und ich liege auf einer extrem weichen und tollen Matratze, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, mit dem Rücken einzusacken! Ich bin Seiten- und Bauchschläfer: Für mich ist diese Matratze aufgrund meiner Rückenschmerzen genau die richtige!!!! Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer verlief super und verständnisreich! Mein Fragen wurden rasch und ausführlich beantwortet. Aktuell bin ich mit dem Kauf dieses Toppers extrem zufrieden. Für diesen Preis habe ich alles richtiggemacht und kann den Topper anderen nur wärmstens empfehlen!
