Very sturdy, and colorful looking ipad case, for the ipad 2nd generation 2011 version, or else stated earlier or later versions if applicable. Comes in many colors to choose from. I prefer a folio case at times, and like how it provides extra protection for the screen.

Cover fit perfectly on a very old ipad! Along with product details and pictures, this vendor included a video showing exactly where the model number is found - actually stamped on the back of the ipad. (Initially I searched for a replacement cover using the model number found under the settings of my ipad which was NOT the actual model number). The cover is basic - hardshell offering good protection with a built-in stand. Nothing fancy but a very nice value and fits perfectly

It seems when you buy whatever Generation i-Pad, it's always a good idea to buy at least 3 cases with your i-Pad purchase. Why? The original protective case wears out, and it becomes difficult to locate another one that fits good. This is an unusual find, and it does fit good.

I've been looking for case for my old iPad 4th generation and was happy to find this one. It's exactly as described and fits my old iPad perfectly. It's snaps on easily and can be removed just as easily. I was please to find it was very lightweight so it didn't add to the weight of the iPad. I read a lot on it and it gets heavy to hold after a time. But, this case also lets you stand your iPad upright on a flat surface just like the old Apple version except this feels more secure because it's got a bigger "foot". The case itself is very sharp looking and feels good to the touch. I was worried that it would get finger prints all over it but so far it's stayed nice looking even with all the handling it gets from me. I've used it for a week now and am very happy with it. I would have only one caveat. If you are looking for a case that might protect your iPad from a fall, this is probably not the one for you. I don't think it's sturdy enough to prevent harm. But if you're looking for a case that's lightweight and good looking and does what's needed for everyday use, then this would be the case for you. And the price is right!

I bought this for my iPad 4, and it's perfect. It snapped right in. I bought the navy color and love it. Since I just got it today, I can't really comment on the durability or sturdiness of it. It does seem like it will hold up, but time will tell. The slim design provided just what I needed. I'm very happy with this purchase. Also, I'm able to turn the top cover back onto itself, with no issues. Some people have commented that when they turn the flap back on itself it shuts their iPad off. That doesn't happen with mine. In fact, I keep the cover turned back on itself all the time when I use the iPad. Even if I'm not using it, I have the cover flapped back, and there is no issue with it. The first picture shows the front of the holder. The second picture shows the back, as you can see, there is a light frosted look to it, that looks very nice. The 3rd and 4th pictures show the precise cut outs that provide access to all the features. (Update: I deleted the first set of pictures, and updated to show the cracks in all 4 corners) EDIT: I bought this Nov, 2019 and this is now April 2020 and I noticed a couple of cracks in the case and a chipped corner. Don't have a clue how that happened. So in my initial review I stated that I couldn't comment on the durability or sturdiness of this product since I had just bought it. So now I can update and say it didn't hold up as well as I would have liked. EDIT: Now August 2020 and there are cracks in all 4 corners. So within 8 months, this cracked on all corners and that was with me being gentle with it. I never dropped it or hit it against anything. So didn't hold up well. Will need to buy a new case.
