Weight of item more than listed 16 lbs so had some difficulty positioning item to desired location. Massager works well on lower back and neck. Not very comfortable for upper back. Overall, very relaxing to use

Best chair massager! This targets neck, shoulder, back, lumbar with multiple settings. The air compression feels great and adds to the total massage. Bought my son one too and he loves it. May be pricey, but worth the investment.
