It delivers exactly what I was hoping for and has made every ride enjoyable. One of the biggest endorsements I can give is that my son absolutely loves it. Every time he rides it, he talks about how much fun it is and how much he enjoys being on it. Seeing how excited he gets to ride it has made the purchase even more worthwhile. I had a few parts that needed to be replaced under warranty, and the process could not have been easier. The warranty claims were honored without hesitation, and the replacement parts were shipped promptly with excellent communication every step of the way. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with such professionalism and care. My child absolutely loves this bike! One of my favorite features is that it has different speed modes, so we could start on the lowest setting while they learned and gradually increase the speed as his confidence grew. That made me feel much better from a safety standpoint and mostly made him stay in eco mode . It’s well made, easy to use, and has been a huge hit. If you’re looking for a fun bike that also gives parents some peace of mind with adjustable speed settings, I definitely recommend it!

I purchased this bike and had an issue with the rear shock not rebounding correctly for my son's weight. I emailed Tuttio directly and they sent me a new shock replacement at no charge. The responded quickly and had great communication through the troubleshooting process. Highly recommend.

My son loves this bike! But let me qualify that. Delivered on time and super easy to assemble. My son took it out the for the first time on 3/9 and everything worked great, he had a blast. Took it out the very next day, for the second time, and it won’t accelerate much at all on a full charge. Maybe the throttle is broken after one use. Super disappointing product thus far. Waiting to hear back from customer service.

Picked this up for my little buddy who is 10 and he loves this bike. Been riding it myself and I am over 200lbs this thing moves me just as easy as him. No issues with hills. It’s an absolute blast. It has the option to limit the speed in settings which is great for new riders. Customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended this product. Quality, value, durability it’s all there.

This was the perfect bike for my grandson, and he loves it! Putting it together does take a little time so have patience.

The finished product is amazing,but the instructions to put it together leaves alot to be desired. You will have to watch a YouTube video.

The fenders are atrocious. The battery lasts a long time. My kid leaves in the morning and comes home at night. He switched out the fenders, throttle, tires, seat cover and number plate. There's tons of aftermarket mods available. It's very easy to tinker with. My kid got this for his 12th birthday and has done every mod himself. These aren't real emotos so don't jump them because the frame is made of thin aluminum. With that being said he's dumped this thing a bunch so it can handle a decent lil beatin. Worth every penny
