Colorbasket Kid's Front Handlebar Bike Basket,Blue

I bought this basket to add to my Schwinn Loop folding bike to put my cell phone, water bottles, keys, and whatnots in on rv bike rides. Gave it 4 stars because the “leather” straps and buckles looks a little suspect... not sure how long they will last but only time will tell. But as I said, I don't plan to put heavy items in it. I already have a plan B in mind... velcro straps if these fail over time. The basket itself seems like it will hold up well to the elements but we’ll see. If it bounces to much during riding, I may add some velcro around the lower part of the basket to secure it better to the handle bars. Overall, I like the look of the basket on the bike and will update if needed to share any deterioration over time.

I got this for my daughter to go with her new Bikestar scooter  Bikestar 12 inch (30.5cm) Kids Kick Scooter Black  (also very cool check it out). Anyway, she loves all things purple and while she loved the new scooter she struggled to carry all of her beloved things when she went places. I surprised her with this and she insisted on putting it on herself. Apparently it is easy enough for a five year old, but I was surprised when I went to see her work that she put it on backwards. When I asked why, she looked at me as though I were the most clueless person on the planet and said, "Daddy, I can't see it very well if I put it on the front, now can I?" I have tried to get her to reverse it, but she makes it work (though I recommend you don't follow her lead it does make it a bit more awkward to ride.)

I actually bought this for a friend who broke her leg and had to use a walker for a LONG time. We strapped it to the front and that allowed her to safely carry her phone, a snack, etc at work. It was a really good quality basket and very cute. I was a little worried about the straps because they are kind of a stretchy leather, but we really pulled on them hard to get the basket on as tight as we possibly could and they have held up perfectly!

My fault for not paying closer attention to the measurements, but this basket is much smaller than anticipated. I brought it for a 7 year old’s bike and it would be better for a toddler. The color is as depicted but it’s not at all worth the price. Very disappointed and will likely have to find another larger basket for a better look.

This is a cute basket that coordinated well with some Frozen themed bike accessories (I didn’t want a Frozen basket). The only issue is the basket arrived ‘crooked’ (that’s the best way I can describe it). There doesn’t seem to be a way to straighten it out. I’m not sure if this happened due to shipping but I suspect it was made that way. It doesn’t impact the ability to install it on the bike and I doubt anyone other than myself notices it. Certainly, my 5 yr. old doesn’t! I decided it wasn’t worth trying to exchange it. So, if you are OCD, be aware it might come misshaped.

Yes I know it's considered a KID'S basket...but I wanted a smaller size to hold my phone, bottle of water, etc while riding. I have a larger (adult sized) wire basket on my other bike & it had more room than I needed & stuff would roll around. Great little basket for my new bike....the leather straps hold it well to my handlebars & it doesn't get in the way of my cables. The colors match my bike perfectly. Like that it is plastic-like rather than wicker. Expect that it will clean up well when it needs it.

I bought this basket for my daughters new cruiser that we bought her for Christmas. The basket is very well made, it is excellent quality and very sturdy. It is easy to attach to bikes, it is simply a belt type strap. The basket was a dark black, and matched perfectly with her new bike. It is smaller in size, perfect for her toddler sized cruiser. She absolutely loves that she can put her snacks and drinks in the basket or her baby doll, and ride to the park. I would recommend this basket for everyone looking for a small basket for a bike or just a small basket to attach somewhere.

I gave this basket an overall two star.Yes the basket us on the smaller side-read the dimensions. It's great to hold a walker, keys, phone, and water bottle. Don't plan to put a bag of groceries in it though.I purchased it for our 10 year old. It was purchased to hold a snack and a water bottle as she is out cruising around this spring/summer. It's perfect for that.Appears to be made from a plastic-its not wood wicker. Super easy to install as they are just belt buckles with notches.The reason for the overall 2 star is ours is twisted/deformed. Not sure the high heat/sun will take care of it. I have added photos as describing it is a but tough. Best I can say is the bottom is oval and naturally it should remain oval and get wider all the way up-however ours is twisted. Therefore it "just" out on the front of her bike on one side if we have it flat against the front as it should be. I tried bending it around to see if maybe the weaving would loosen or move around some in order to make it less noticeable-no such luck. We will keep it, as it just seems to be a hassle to pack it up and return it then wait for a new one to be sent after processing. Just be aware.
