Arrived Broken, Battery Dead, and Terrible Customer Service

Front shell was completely broken and after charging it for three days, the battery still wouldn’t hold a charge. Contacted customer service, but they took forever to reply and never provided a real solution. After waiting many days with no help, I decided to return it. Seller wants me to pay for return shipping, even though the scooter came defective and already cost me $100 in shipping. Extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service. Would not recommend this seller or scooter.
