Effective for rosacea !!
Cleared my boyfriend's rosacea with just one application! Amazing stuff. Smell is a bit strong but not too bad; worth it for it's effectiveness. He only needs to apply it occasionally now, less than once week or so to keep the rosacea at bay. A tiny bit goes a long way.

Great for pregnancy skin changes
When I got pregnant, my skin changed immediately. This was recommended on TikTok by multiple pregnant women as a cure for breakouts and perioral dermatitis. It works great! Non-irritating and my skin feels amazing after use. I used it once a day until my skin calmed and now I use it about once a week for maintenance. However, when you wash it off you can really smell the sulfur. So if your pregnancy makes you sensitive to the smell of eggs, you might need to pass on this.

Excellent product but....
This is a GREAT product and does work for getting rid of acne, however I have ordered this product 5 or more times now and find it to be very inconsistant-sometimes it smells very strong of sulfur and works excellent, sometimes the sulfur smell is very faint and I feel the product still works but not as well-other times the container is not filled to the top however this time my container was overflowing almost BUT there is hard dried clumps of the product through out it. So when I am applying it I will have to take tweezers and remover the clumps or tey to catch them before the product is on my face. I love this product so I will continue to buy it, it is just I never know what version of it I am going to get so I always buy the smallest size because I do not want to get a large one and be stuck with a version I am not completely happy with.

It works great on me and I have oily skin and have ...
This stuff truly works! I kid you not! It works great on me and I have oily skin and have had acne all over since I was a kid and I am now a 30 year old woman who still suffers from acne breakouts. Of course I just get acne here and there, it's not nearly as serious as when I was a teenager. I have been going to the dermatologist regularly since I was young and I was always using Retin-A, and as a teenager Retin-A was affordable with insurance. However, as an adult Retin-A is not covered by most insurance companies and is hard to get a hold of so I had no choice but to use over the counter products most of the time as an adult. To this day I still never put oil on my face as I was told by my dermatologist and everything that goes on my skin has to be oil-free AND comedogenic (does not clog pores) and (I try my VERY hardest) to not touch my face because of all the bacteria on one's hands, but I had a hard time finding something affordable and over the counter to combat my breakouts. Salicylic Acid is not strong enough and Benzoyl Peroxide seems to make my skin produce more oil and (I know how its supposed to work...it's supposed to bring the oil and dirt out of your skin so the pimple is not so deep and it actually brings the pimple to the surface so it can naturally work itself out and off of your skin) when the pimples come to a head on my skin I am WAY too tempted to pick at my skin causing way more acne than I had in the first place so I was kinda stuck. I am able to get prescription acne medicine such as Adapalene which is expensive with insurance and you also have to include the cost for the specialty doctor visit making it unrealistic to keep in my bathroom on the regular or even use all over my body so when I discovered Sulfur Ointment I was so happy to see how effective it is in keeping my skin under control, not only with acne but with other random minor skin problems. I discovered it by accident when I was trying to keep bugs off of me I was told that sulfur ointment will keep all kinds of bugs off of me....I later found this particular brand by accident and read the reviews and saw that it is said to be an effective acne fighting tool and the reviews were RIGHT!! I was soooooooooo SOOOO HAPPY TO FIND THIS because I can order the 3 packs for so cheap and they last a while and I can actually apply them to the breakouts I sometimes get on my back and chest and arms without worrying about the cost of having to use so much of this product regularly and all over so without this PARTICULAR BRAND of Sulfur ointment I don't know what I would do. It works fast in comparison to other products. It really doesn't dry out my skin unless I use it daily for a while and don't use moisturizer and go in the sun alot. It does not have any adverse side effects and it actually drys out the pimples as opposed to creating this huge process of pulling the zit out from under my skin--like Benzoyl Peroxide--making me extremely inpatient and end up popping the zit and making it worse....it's affordable. It doesn't sting. And when I do end up popping zits besides myself and better judgement this ointment clears that mess up instead of allowing it to get worse. I have so many good things to say about this product I could go on forever. I get this all the time and always order the 3 pack and it has had amazing results and has saved me so much money on dermatologist visits as well as other products. I am so happy I finally found this stuff because it has saved me from alot of crying and hopelessness with this acne curse that has followed me the majority of my life and beyond (considering my mother who is twice my age still suffers from acne---obviously mild acne but still!). God Bless you All and good luck...I hope I was able to help others who have suffered in the same way I have just because of something I can't change...my genetics.

Melts into drippy sticky mess.
While the sulphur medication part of this product seems to be mildly effective, the white base it is in melts once it contacts warm skin, leaving a drippy, sticky mess. Would not recommend.

Long lasting works quickly
2 jar in two years. Long lasting and use this to replace pimples or any kind of bumps. It rids them you don’t need a lot. Make sure you wash your finger in case you touch it with your hand or fingers. I accidentally got it in my eye after putting it near my cheek bump and it burned for hours. Please use a little dab and it works it magic

An Alternative to Benzoyl Peroxide spot treatments/cleansers, but can be drying!
Sulfur is the gentler alternative to benzoyl peroxide spot treatments and cleansers for me. It still has drying effects like benzoyl peroxide, but not as aggressive. I do have combination oily/dry skin, and I tend to lean more towards the sensitive side. Of course, this is a sulfur-based product, so the scent will be just that, but not as overpowering as other sulfur products I've tried. I use this as a mask right before my showers. I put a pretty generous amount on my cleaned face, avoiding the eyes, lips, and so on; then, I'll leave it on for about 10-15 minutes before hopping in the shower or while in the shower. It helps dry out my existing cystic spots, but it's no miracle worker. It did work wonders for my folliculitis from sweating. Unfortunately, it didn't work that well on my closed comedones. Eventually, I had to scale back on its use because my face was becoming severely dehydrated and my skin barrier was completely compromised. It became more irritating than helpful at that point, but that's my own fault for overusing it. If you've got dry/sensitive skin, please use with caution! Don't overdo it like me and aim to use it no more than 3x/week. I think what really set my skin off was when I followed the trick of another reviewer (she would mix it in her daily moisturizer). By the third day of trying that out, I would get tingling sensations on parts of my face that were prone to sensitivity (i.e. my around my mouth, cheek bones/eye contour, etc.) and when I'd get a chance to wash everything off, my skin was dry, tight, and irritated underneath. Make sure to moisturize to counter the adverse effects!

Works really well for me. My skin is acne prone and quite sensitive- this product is one of the very few skincare products that didn’t irritate my skin

game changer for acne (late 30s). I have tried lots of products and have sensitive skin. saw this recommended by Oscar Patel on youtube and gave it a try. Will dry out skin but it has attacked pimples that never came to a head and just had clear fluid but I could still feel the pressure and they would always reappear. this seems to have killed them off. I use with vit c serum and hydralunic acid and just spot treat. I also used on teen acne adn it worked really well. Nice to have clean products that actually work.

Excelente producto.
