I use this every single day! Whether I need boiling water for pasta or 160°F for green tea, it's ready in seconds. The large tank lasts all day. Touchscreen is intuitive. Child lock is a great safety feature. Saves so much time. Worth every penny!

This instant hot water dispenser has an extremely poor user experience! The water flow is intermittent with loud noise. The higher the temperature, the weaker the water flow—at high-temperature settings, it barely dispenses any water and only emits hot steam. At low-temperature settings, it doesn't dispense water at all. The screen also frequently shows error codes, making it completely unusable. I strongly do not recommend this product!

Got it for about 3 months and the water stopped working. So I reached out to the company and they send me a new one but otherwise it’s a good product. Love the easy button to use even though the water is kinda come out a little slow.

Best thing I’ve bought from Amazon yet! I previously had an instant hot water dispenser but it was getting old and glitchy. I’ve bought stuff from Vevor before and it was good so I tried this. I love it! From day one, it’s had not issue. There were comments I read that it splashes when the water comes out but mine does not. It’s gets super hot and you can manually adjust the temperature you want. One great feature is that it remembers your last setting so you don’t need to constantly reset it. Boil speed it great, it comes out hot within a second. There is a catch tray that has metal on it which I love. My previous one was all plastic. There’s not “hook” that attaches the drip tray to the main unit so I put non slip bumpers on the bottom of the drip tray so that it doesn’t move around. The temperature isn’t true to the setting, as you can see in my video, but it’s not a big deal for me. It still gets hot enough for what I want. For all the features that it has, it’s a great value for the price. Loved it so much that I bought another one the next day for a gift.

After a month of usage, it seems to be fine. The pro is the water will be not be heating up until you use the machine. Thus, no worry for the scale buildup in the heated reservoir on other hot water dispenser. The con is the dispensing speed is a bit slow since the water needs to be heated through a heating element before dispensing.

This dispenser stopped dispensing hot water at 3 months. Nothing but cold water comes out. A week after reporting the issue to the company, they have done nothing. I would not recommend this product.

Amazing. I have it at my drinking station ony kitchen counter. Set how many oz. And temperature then hit the button. Hot water instantly. Oatmeal, Ramon noodles, Tea, hot chocolate. Really awesome

This is the second most used purchase in my house only thing that beats it is my towel warmer. Makes water just the way I want it when I want it.
