I am extremely impressed with the build quality and strength of these brackets. I used them to hang a heavy outdoor fan on my patio, and they are holding up absolutely perfectly. The solid stainless steel construction is genuinely heavy-duty and doesn't bend or flex at all under weight. Since it's installed outside, the corrosion-resistant stainless steel is a huge plus for dealing with the elements. The included S-hooks are a fantastic, versatile bonus that made rigging things up even easier. If you need a reliable, rock-solid right-angle brace for a heavy project, these are worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Great for DIY shelving! With the unique removable diagonal support, it's much easier to work with. With other brackets, trying to drill screws in straight can be a pain, the support gets in the way. I'm making wall shelves using 8' 2x12 lumber. With two of these drilled into studs, I was able to sit my full 185 lbs on it with no issue. And the wood itself weighs 53 lbs so you're looking at close to 240 lbs, no problems. I intend to use this shelf for vinyl records which gets heavy, 100 records weighs about 50 lbs if I remember correctly. I intended to use 4 of these on four studs per shelf, but now I'm thinking 2 might just be sufficient as it seems rock solid. But I may do 4 anyway, as that would be completely impervious. Note: I strongly recommend using studs, not trying to hang shelves in just drywall, if there's going to be any weight at all. Also, I didn't use the included screws. I predrilled holes into the center of each stud using a drill (having carefully located the studs with a stud finder, and triple checked the marks), then drilled in self-tapping 2 1/2" #9 star drive screws I purchased separately from a hardware store. Please don't attempt to use Phillips head screws for a similar wood working project - they will want to strip, and you'll be pulling your hair out. I've learned doing my DIY projects that it's worth getting star drive/torx screws. Frankly, Phillips head screws should no longer exist. It's an inferior design, at least for woodworking, and very prone to stripping. Sure, if you pre-drill, are strong enough to keep the screw bit pressed tightly to the screw at all times, and know what you're doing, Phillips will work. But star drive and the like are just fundamentally superior for any project requiring larger/longer screws, and you truly get better results with much less struggle because the bit will tend to stay locked to the screw and not strip the crew, due to the design. Also, to me, these brackets look pretty good. I'll be ordering more to complete my other shelves

Solid design and fabrication. These brackets do not look cheap and, with the brace, they are stiff and sturdy. The finish was just what I was looking for and resembles an attractive lightly brushed nickel.

What interested me in this bracket was the size availability and heavy duty capacity. I am using 4 brackets to support a wood bar top with an 18” overhang, so the 14” size is ideal. The price is very reasonable compared to other options. My only concern is that the brace can be popped out if one were to lift up on it, but lack of a tack weld also keeps the design very clean. Time will tell.

They seem very strong. Installed into cinder block wall with Tapcons, then placed two 12 ton floor Jacks and 18 quarts of motor oil on a wooden shelf 5’x11” with the brackets mounted about one foot from each end. Seems sturdy and stable. I used the holes and hooks in the braces to hang tool totes (mostly empty), which is really handy. May put a pole through the holes later and hang extension cords and so forth.

Kein Wackeln im ausgeklappten Zustand Bei entsprechender Montage kaum sichtbar Von vorn gut an den Hebeln zu entsperren Aufgrund der nahezu spielfreien Konstruktion ist eine genaue Ausrichtung erforderlich. Beide Konsolen müssen exakt parallel angebracht werden, sonst sperrt es beim Absenken der Platte. Einige Befestigungslöcher sind etwas schwer zu erreichen. Die Kanten sind schlecht entgratet. - Es empfiehlt sich, das vor der Montage manuell nachzuholen. Jeder, der unseren Klapptisch benutzt, ist begeistert von der spielfreien Funktion.
