Worked for me, sleep has improved since I started using it
This is a little device that you hold in your palm and it sends either calming or energising pulses depending on the setting. I have been using it at night as I go to sleep in the calming mode. I've been able to record if it's worked for me as I wear a Garmin Fenix 7x smart watch which has quite advanced sleep tracking. Due to stress at work and job worries my sleep for the past month has been very poor - my watch records it as "interrupted, poor" amongst other quite scary terms! The first few nights I used the sleep aid, it was quite jarring at first as you notice the "shocks" it pulses to your fingers, and I did wonder if I was using it correctly (I think there should be more information on correct usage, and exactly how to hold it in your palm, which way the metal bit should face etc - it's fine, but it would be nice for peace of mind). I think that at least some of the reason why it's worked for me is that instead of worrying about work, and the house repairs, bills etc etc, I was thinking "hey that's actually giving me an electric shock!" - it's not painful or too unpleasant, but was enough to stop me dwelling on life's problems - and I drifted off to sleep quite quickly. I woke up and my watch said I'd had "good recovery" - and my sleep score had improved! I don't think it's a coincidence and the next night was the same. A week later and I'm still using it (which must prove it's doing something - or I believe it's doing something) - and my sleep score last night was "excellent recovery". I would have been cynical on the effectiveness of these types of aid, but having actual stats from my watch and feeling better in a morning shows it does work for me - it's been interesting and I'll keep on using it!

Had to switch it back on so much it's clear it didn't put me to sleep!
I couldn't keep it held in my hand without wearing fingerless gloves. It switched off so much I think I had to turn it back on at least 20 times, which likely means it wasn't doing much for my sleep if I wasn't asleep when I felt it stop working. Going to try again tonight, but I don't think I would recommend to anyone--it looks like it switches off after 15 minutes, and most anyone with real insomnia takes at least an hour, so it seems like maybe it's better for those with anxiety or non-sleep related issues, or only intermittent, short problems going to sleep.

Does seem to help with sleeping
I originally bought this for my mum who’s suffering from anxiety and having difficulty in sleeping. It’s a good size to hold in the palm of your hand and put the strap over your wrist. It’s comfy and doesn’t cause pain or stiffness in your hand after holding it. I do find that if your use straight after washing your hands you can’t feel the pulses so easily but when moisture returns you can feel it better. I borrowed mums when I was having difficulty sleeping and did count to see if it is 15 minutes which it is correct. I was sceptical that it worked but both of us do believe it does. It’s become a little bit of a lifeline now for mum and will be taken with us when we go away as well. I think this is good quality for money and the company was fair when it wasn’t charging correctly they kindly sent a replacement. I have recommend to a friend that suffers from anxiety as I really do think it helps.

Painful and leaves pins and needles.
Three of us tried this tonight. Two of us feel it’s horrific and leaves a horrible pins and needles sensation in the fingers, hand and wrist. Even on low settings. In fact it made me jump out of my skin even on a low setting. The remaining person finds it amazing - relaxing and sleepy - interestingly, he has AuDHD. Me and person 2 will not use again.

Game changer for sleeping
I've been struggling to sleep since I started continental shifts(2 weeks on days 2 weeks on nights). My body is constantly adjusting after my work schedule so I started looking online how can I help my body relax and fall a sleep quicker at night without taking any pills. After some research I bought this as the reviews were high and it was with a voucher discount at the time. It's easy to work with as it only has 3 buttons and 2 operating modes - sleep and excited. I've tried them both and it doesn't make much difference so I always keep it on sleep at level 10. Once you pass level 15 then it's really strong so I avoid it,but it all depends on your body and preferences. The battery life is good so far I didn't charged yet. I like that it's USB type - C as all my other gadgets have that so no need for extra cables. No negatives so far as it does the job. I recommend it especially for people working both nights and days . It's good when you're switching between weeks.

Rubbish buy a different brand
Bought as a replacement, nowhere near as good as my original. It stings and doesn’t emit the same buzz. I can’t use it, my child hates it. I’d buy a different brand
