I had a short delay in delivery, but it still came in a reasonable time. The product is excellent so far. Very sturdy and comfortable. A little difficult in fine steering, but manageable. I highly recommend the product!=====Spent three days in Disneyworld with the chair. It performed very well! I charged overnight and the charge provided me power for the entire next day. Love this chair and the freedom it gave me!

Item is extremely well built and setup was very easy. Battery seems to last quite awhile without needing charging. Chair is a little bit heavier than noted with the batteries in but still doable. I am very pleased with the chair and would purchase again.

Nice chair. well made. BUT..... No instructions came with the chair. to get help.. good luck. you have to download an app and the wait.the instructions is my only issue. as far as the chair is concerned, good quality.

so far I had this for a month and proforma well and charge runs a long time. I pick them because u can get parts if u ever need to repair and they support there product u can write them they answer u that great. so for price ot a great product and company.

this chair was total junk the control was very hazardous very jerky to the right would not back up without a push and would not hardly start to move in any direction on padded carpet so I say stay away from

We initially had a standard wheelchair, but it was nearly impossible to navigate the streets without putting them at risk. Sidewalk bumps and sloped pedestrian paths that are invisible to able-bodied people made every outing stressful. Once we got this electric wheelchair, everything changed. It’s expensive, yes, but absolutely worth every penny. Now we can go outside, enjoy the summer, and even dine outdoors without a problem. It’s beautifully designed, foldable, and fits easily into a car like a Toyota Sienna. I highly recommend it to anyone navigating urban environments with accessibility needs.

A little too quick to respond. Need the arms rests to be further apart.Overall a good buy.
