When you live more than an hr from any town, you cancel your spa membership lol but the steam really helps with my muscles, relaxing, and detoxing. This heats up pretty quick, easy to use, and its easy to put away without much room.

I am so pleased with this sauna. I used it the very first day I purchased it! It was easy to set up! The chair was small but I can easily put a bigger one if needed. It took about 8 mins to fully build up steam. I set it to the highest temperature (I like to sweat). I think there were 9 modes total! When I tell you it steamed up great!!! The only thing is, it’s so close that you have to set the box that steams carefully! It will make you move if not! It was easy to enter and exit without help! It is light weight! The material quality holds the steam inside! Then I simply wiped all the sweat from the bottom when complete! Easy peasy! Then I saved tons of money! I had a gym membership that I only used for the stem room! I canceled it bc now I stem at home!! This is definitely my best purchase yet!

Really love this sauna tent! Super easy to set up and use. It heats up quickly and gives a nice relaxing effect, like a mini spa at home. After using it, I feel lighter and more refreshed. Great option for home self-care 👍

Pros: The setup was real easy. It literally popped open once you got it out of the case. Nice amount of space inside. I wasn’t bunched up. It got nice and steamy within 20 minutes. The heat was eh ok, wish it got hotter, but I did sweat. Material is nice quality and sturdy. Con: The zipper was broken on the inside, but I was able to snap another one on from an old pair of pants. I wasn’t up to returning it. Too many boxes. The chair is small, but you can always use your own. The biggest and worst con for me is there aren’t directions to disassemble! So I can’t refold it to travel or put it away. When you took it out its pouch it immediately popped open, but getting it to fold back was impossible for me without fear of damaging it. Luckily, it’s in my garage so space wasn’t an issue. But would love to travel with it. If the zipper wasn’t broken and included directions to fold it up to travel I would give it 4 stars.

Oh yeah to add to my video you must have knees like Megan 😂😂 otherwise you going to need a helping hand on getting up if you wait up to 250 and your hips are medium-wide you'll be okay because the chair is a little kid's chair and it's proportion because your neck hangs out of the tent so a bigger chair is not going to work for this tent However the temperature gets 103 which is really good you have to place it in an area where it doesn't burn you cuz it will burn you if so if my video goes comes through you'll be able to see the video what I'm talking about having it is away from you I will help but if you are smaller you'll be okay I'm 250 so there's the difference the durability is pretty nice it's not like crazy hard to put together it's a pop up so you pop it up and fold it back up the one thing I would tell you is to have a hand towel and a sauna with you why because you may need to adjust it because again if you're 250 you're going to need to adjust how the heat is distributing from the little box and plus your hands get water loud 😂😂
