Does this remove waterproof mascara?

hi...i have both....i LOVE the pink ones and i just say that it varies according to the mascara...i know that doesn't help, but i wouldn't recommend ordering the blue ones -- they are a hot mess and oily x10...i'm going to squish all the oil i can and add some THAYERS Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Facial Mist Toner, Clear, Lavender, 8 Fl Oz (that i got from amazon, of course!) to it and hopefully dilute it so that it is more like the pink one....i dont understand any negative reviews on the pink ones. because i already had 3 or 4 other makeup removers that i didnt like whatsoever and i just continue to ignore them and order these! my skin decides what it likes (as i think it should) and my skin chooses these!
