This is a superb hot knife

Heats up VERY quickly to give you a clean cut on your rope. I am using it for polypropylene 20mm and it takes five seconds to complete the cut. Can be smokey, but if you have the windows open it doesn't matter too much.

I was surprised at the practically instant "heat up" speed, the manual says to leave blade on rope before pulling trigger, I doubted that it could heat up so quick but was glad to be proved wrong! It is very quick and leaves a great finish on the rope, comes with a 3 pin plug and a brush to clean the blade, all in a neat plastic box! Reviewed in Ireland not UK!

Excellent cutter

Bought this to mostly use for cutting canvas and sailcloth. I've use it a lot and it's been brilliant. We also got the attachment so we can cut on any surface and this has been really handy.

This is great and so easy to use. It cuts out carpet fabric so precisely and leaves a perfect burnt edge which looks much smarter than the usual scissor cuts.

This product lasted 2 weeks and then had problems with the trigger and heating no one to contact it’s a no no Bad deal

Excellent bit of kit. Just perfect for rope and splicing.
