This external postbox comes with two windows so that you can see at a glance if mail has been delivered, or use one to add a name or number plate, and a large door to make mail retrieval simple. BEST DESIGN EVER - REALLY EXCELLENT
Took me ages to find a properly designed letterbox ... and this is it ! The features I most wanted are below:1) wide enough for an A4 letter.2) viewing windows both sides to see deliveries , so no need to keep opening the box every day to check for post.3) top-lid and front delivery flaps.4) top slot (via lid) large enough for 20mm x 370mm letter, and narrow enough to stop hands dipping-in to steal your post.5) front slot (via flap) is large 30mm x 330mm, but has an inner anti-tamper flange to stop hands dipping-in to steal your post.6) drop down front of box with lock (with 2 keys).7) six drain holes 10mm at the bottom of the box, with sloping inner screen to keep post dry in the rare chance of moisture build up.8) both flap and lid have edging to stop rain water ingress.9) powder coated steel in white/cream.10) four holes on rear of box (with extrusion punch-out to offset the box from the wall by 5mm - to allow the lid to open fully upright).11) four off washers + dowels + self-tap screws (37mm cross-head) provided.12) SMOOTH finish all round (with NO nasty sheet steel edges).Can't fault it ! ...
