These are great comfy pillows that I use in my lazyboy chair.

I spend a LOT of time sitting on the floor, working at a floor/lap desk, and desperately needed something more comfortable to sit on. I got the square cushion in navy. The color is nice and the size is perfect. It's nice and big. It had a pretty noticeable smell coming out of the bag, but it went away after a few days. I used both recommended methods of fluffing up the cushion - massaged it myself and also put it in the dryer. What's noticeable is that it seems to be filled with pieces of foam, so it feels and looks lumpy, and sometimes I can feel something almost kind of hard, I don't know if it's the corners of the pieces of foam or something? It's odd, but I can mostly look past it. While it did look pretty fluffed up like the pictures at first, it didn't really stay that way after using it for a while. It started off good but, and this could be because of how often I use it (5+ hours a day), after a month or so I'm noticing that it's not "bouncing back" like it used to, and the cushion is starting to feel much flatter where I sit on it most. That said, it still feels way better than sitting directly on a hard floor or carpet, so I'm still giving it four stars and can still recommend it, especially if it's something you only plan on using occasionally and not hours upon hours a day like I do.

(Updated review 3.20.25) My first review: Great size -not super comfortable The seller attended to reach out to me multiple times to resolve the issue. When I finally responded, they did not hesitate to send me a replacement. I was really impressed by the customer service! You don’t see that very often these days! I’ve had my replacement for a few weeks now, so I have updated my rating accordingly. What I did differently with the replacement was to put it in the dryer for 10 minutes longer than suggested. Then to fluff it out I really took my time rolling it up into different positions and folding it every which way to help the material expand. This helped a great deal! I like to sit on the floor when I do my work and the older I get the harder it is on my back. This cushion provides enough elevation and support that it decreases my back pain. As I just said, it's a nice cushion. It's well made and not coming apart. Also, as the description and instructions say, it really does take quite a while for it to open up and "inflate". Mine didn't really take a full 24 hours but it did take well over 4 hours and it still didn't fully fluff up until the next day (overnight).

I use this as an additional cushion on a low chair. It was never soft or “cushiony” but now it’s hard and flat with all that chewed up foam bunching up at the edges. I was totally disappointed and should have returned it.
