My boyfriend works a job where he is constantly walking and standing and sitting and this is effective in easing the physical issues that come with the job. It’s easy to use. Great quality. This unit has been extremely effective with the muscle pain in my hip and leg. I went to a PT and just couldn't resolve the issue, but the unit made a huge difference. I had to experiment with placement and how high to turn it up, but it has been great once I found the sweet spot. Unfortunately, the instructions are not clear. The booklet has about a size 4-6 font and I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. It has a lot of modes, but doesn't explain the difference of what the mode does or why use one over the other. It is small and light weight, so I plan on using it traveling. When I remove the patches, there are no marks or redness on the skin. I use it on my hip, knee, shin, and it has made it so much easier to go up stairs. I've only been using it a couple weeks, every other day for 20 min. and my pain is almost gone. I highly recommend it. There is a newer version, but it is a little larger. Battery lasts a long time in this little unit.

This is beyond amazing. I've suffered with sciatica for years, and it gets worse every day. I could not even stand up without screaming in pain. I bought this TENS a month ago, but never used it. I finally tried it at level 6, and various modes, for 4 hours. I know the recommended time is 30 minutes, but I went for 4 hours because it felt so good. Right afterwards, I didn't notice any relief, but the next morning, when l got out of bed, I had Zero pain. All my Sciatica pain was gone. It's been 8 days since I used it, and about 10% of the pain is back. I think it's time for another treatment, maybe one hour this time. My doctor was encouraging me to get a surgery , where wires and a battery/monitor are implanted under my skin, in the buttocks area. But this $32 TENS is non-invasive, and a billion times better. I used 4 of the large sized electrodes, and there are no words to describe how fabulous the results are.

Amazing amazing amazing it really release the pain I love it

I've had this machine for 2 years now and still works great. It is really strong - my hubby and I only use it near 1/4 or 1/3 strength, but it does go much higher. Nice to have so many different modes too. Pads are not the stickies after 1 or 2 uses, but can buy replacements fairly affordably.

Great for sore Muscles. Lots of modes to explore. Works Awesome.
